I went in today for replacement cartridges for my Smok Novo 2. Rick greeted me at the entrance and was extremely nice and very helpful. I asked for the replacement cartridges and told him I bought cartridges from another place but the quality was really bad. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of great insight about how the cartridges work, for multiple types of devices. He also offered a different type of cartridge and explained in detail why they have worked better for many different clients. I went in to buy a Pax2 as I'd seen, online, that they carried them, and I had heard amazing things. The shop, itself, was so clean and well-lit and well-maintained that I instantly felt at ease, and the guy who helped me answered all of my silly newbie questions without any sense of irony or irritation... they also matched the online price of the Pax2 (which was the same as what they had listed, of course), and had no problem with me whipping out my phone to triple check.
