The employee didn't ask the person in front of me for ID, but asked me for mine. I forgot my wallet but had photos of my ID, which were refused. I understand ID policies, but they should be enforced consistently if there are signs saying everyone will be checked. The person ahead of me wasn't asked at all, which felt unfair. read more

First off I would five 5 stars plus for the service here. Bri and Sebastian were eager to help me, they were very informative, personable, and professional. They answered all of my many questions and Bri helped me pick out about 8 different disposable vapes. Their selection was quite large for vapes, and the price was one of the cheapest I have found yet in the bay area. Sebastian assisted me in picking out a bong for my fiances birthday. They even put in the extra effort when I asked if there was any discounts available for paying cash, and conta ted their boss who was nit on site, and was able to get me a deal on the bong I purchased. The only negitive thing I have to say is that the Komge disposable vape I purchased did not work at all once I opened it when I was home, which is about an hour away. Finding this place was a lucky choice searching for a new vape shop in the south bay. I called in and the man who answered was very helpful he was able to tell me what they had in stock. It is Street parking but there is a parking lot down the street, but it is limited parking if its busy. Once I got there the man knew it was me who called in. He was able to direct me to what I called in for and I saw some other extra products I was interested in and purchased more then what I was going there for. This place is widely stocked and has such a big variety of item's. The man was also very knowledgeable of the products in the store. It was extremely organized as well. You really won't find yourself disappointed coming here, I was a little hesitant on posting because I wanted this to be a more of a IYKYK spot, but I love this place and I most definitely will be coming back. Great glass selection. Love that they have a partnership w US tube and i believe puffco as well. Amazing customer service. All the staff is incredibly kind. I got my downstem jammed and couldn't get it out for over a year and was nearly forced to get a new piece after the downstem broke. NOPE, walked in and asked if they knew who could get it out and they were happy to help... i did lower their score for two reasons, 1. they need their attention brought to this review, because it's not really about them, but changes in laws they probably know, but hey friendly btw info for anyone and where consumers' are standing. 2nd, they have been waning in customer service, unless you are lucky and blessed enough to get the king himself, John. he seems to be filled with kindness and patience. however, inventory is not their forte. they constantly run out of my brand, or sometimes any brand that i use. now since my last review, i've done a bit of digging into this bill that passed and changed laws. the primary purpose was to end jul and specifically vapes. how cigarettes were attached, i'll never understand, but i will say, as an adult that can purchase kratrom (which i'm not stupid enough to buy something in an unregulated market, no matter the promises...i would ask a coke addict or a heroin addict the same thing ). which in oregon and other places, small amounts of heroin are legal and california has "safe using centers" in socal. so, please explain to me why one nonvaping tobacco product is turning grown adults in to suicidal, nonfunctional, cold turkey tweekers for a tobacco product! oh wait! i'll invest in the wine market and stay drunk all day ... then i'll assimilate and i'll forget about my harmless tobacco that won't cause any accidents that kill people, destroy families, or lives! thank you california for hating on good businesses to the point customers get so frustrated they just want to give up.... but not just give up but turn to something harder. stronger. easier to obtain. and san francisco chronicles that covered a shop selling juls and they set the shop up on iteam...so BeWare HONEST smoke shops!
