I had came in specifically for a 3DXL chamber and had asked for one. The lady running the shop brought me to the case and told me to show her what to grab (red flag, you should know the products your selling)...and I mistakenly chose the 3D chamber. That's on me, I'll take that. I had called in to see if there was anything we could do but I just got a horrible attitude from the same lady that sold me the the chamber. It was an honest mistake on my part but I thought being a customer for all these years I'd get treated with a little more respect.
