We stopped in on our way back from Cades Cove; there were 4 in our party. I was so disappointed in the Beef Tenderloin Stew. There was only a trace of beef tenderloins and the bowl was only 1/4 full. My wife and I had a great time here. We showed up after they closed down the pizza making side of the kitchen but opened it back up just so we could get what we want. Needless to say, the service was amazing. The food was exceptional as well. The sourdough crust of the pizza and the fresh ingredients made it one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Disclaimer: I did not eat here, so my review is based on other factors. The design and space of this establishment is perfect! It has plenty of indoor space, outdoor space, covered space, eating space, socializing space, kid-friendly space, and dog-friendly space. It is very thoughtfully planned out. My wife and I walked into the middle door (for beer), went right up to the counter and placed our order. There is another door just for food (great idea). I tried the Peaceful Side Pilsner, and found it to be crisp and refreshing, like a good Pilsner should. We sat outside under the attached overhang. They have big fans for the summer, and numerous space heaters for the winter, but today was a cool Fall day, so neither were being used. As we enjoyed our beer, we observed outstanding Customer service from the employees. They brought everyones food to their table, they continually rotated throughout the outdoor dining area picking up used dishwater and cleaning, and they even brought treats and water to people visiting with dogs. Additionally, there's a separate taco bar outside (separate from the indoor kitchen) and a children's play area. We'll be back (to eat)! read more

When you walk in there's the soda machine and you order from the counter like a typical fast food restaurant. To the left of the counter is the bar. Once you order they give you a pager that has its own designated spot on the table so they can find you to bring your food. I had the butternut squash salad which was delicious! My family got their pulled chicken sandwich that they enjoyed. However, it looked more like chicken salad to me. It was served with a side of kettle chips. We also had this ginormous warm pretzel with a beer cheese dip and a spicy mustard. Very tasty! I have to mention that the night before we had ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza.
