Fun setting and surprising in some ways in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains. Peaceful has an excellent local microbrewery selection. Also tasty pizza and some sandwiches and appetizers. I went with the "standard" pepperoni which was garnished with basil (a great add). Everything is prepaid at the counter with innovative sensor system to being good to your table. Very nice place! Clean and fun with lots of outdoor seating. They have craft beers and delicious appetizers. I had the fries cooked in truffle oil and they were the best I have ever had. I had the half chicken also and that's the 4 star rating. The pizzas looked fabulous and they had a taco truck on site. You can't go wrong here. read more

Stopped in around 2 pm after a hike near Cades Cove looking for some beverages, and saw the billboard for PSS advertising craft beers. From the outside, we could see a ton of people on the patio and kids outdoor on the play area, so we headed inside. There was a crazy line just inside the door since you order at the counter, which we were a little surprised by - I was thinking it was more of a sit down, get waited on sorta place. We just wanted drinks, so we grabbed seats at the bar. However, it looked like anyone who wanted an alcoholic beverage lined up at the bar, so while we were waited to get waited on, the bartender kept waiting on the people in line. Just as I jumped out of my seat to go get in line, the bartender came to wait on us. They had about 12 beers on draft with a good selection of craft beer and a couple of ciders; it was just way too congested at the bar for us to really enjoy them, so we left after 1 drink. Hopefully this place is new and still working out some kinks because it definitely has potential. read more

I wish we had a place like this in my town! The kids ran amuck on the playground while we waited for our food. We ended up eating inside because it was so hot. When my food took too long (and everyone else had been served) someone, maybe a manager, got up to see what was happening. But, it was already on its way out. The food was fresh and delicious! Ordered Smoked trout sandwich and beef tenderloin stew. Sandwich bread was very marginal but the trout was very good so eat without the bread if you order it. Avoid tge stew - very little meat, was more like potato stew and the broth tasted like vinegar mixed with ketchup. read more

Cool new table tracking system - you order & place the puck on your table & they find you quickly. We enjoyed a hoagie, 2 different sourdough Round Breads pizzas (baked in a very nice HOT pizza oven) & a charcuterie board. We enjoyed a wide selection of their Local TN craft beers. Grabbed some pizzas and apps to take back to our cabin. I got the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was incredible! Cooked perfectly and a perfect combination of toppings. Excellent experience here for lunch today. All our pizzas were good and unique. The friendly service from the pleasant gentleman who delivered our food and the general manager stopping by to check on things and chat really make this place shine. We had an excellent IPA and cider that were both great. Sat outside on the pleasant covered patio and watched the rain come over the mountain. Very relaxing and friendly spot. Amazing food. We had the truffle fries. This is always something I order then I see them on a menu. These were, hands down, the best I've ever had. My salmon and quinoa meal was delicious. I'm gluten free so it's hard to find good food in little mountain towns. This place had MULTIPLE gluten free options that sounded delicious. I got the roasted chicken and potatoes with white BBQ sauce. Absolutely delicious. My friend got the shrimp and sausage dish and said it was one of the tastiest meals she'd ever had. Cool place to hang out with friends, drink some beers, and play cornhole on a Friday night. Their outside area is fabulous. Inside is just okay. Good food and good drinks. Their hours are not clearly listed, though - they are different on their website, google, and yelp. They also did not make it clear that their kitchen closes a full hour before they close, which could make for some grumpy customers. But all in all, a good time. read more

This is our go to place when we are in town(send). The atmosphere, especially outside, is wonderful! The view of the mountains, the chill vibe, and the staff are wonderful. The beer and cider are really tasty, too. The food, however, is hit or miss. Love the goat cheese grit fritters, the pretzel and beer cheese, and the truffle fries-- those are some of our favorite appetizers. Most of the pizzas are tasty, too. We were really looking forward to the taco bar, but since we have lived in some southwest states for a while, we are pretty hard to please. The shells are crumbly. They need to be warmed slightly on a lightly oiled skillet before serving, and the tacos need an underlying sauce inside, even with the salsa. The margaritas were way too pricey and not very good. Stick to beer and ciders if you go. I would love to give them five stars, but can't just yet. Hope to soon! read more

The billboard down the road from the establishment caught my eye, so we stopped in after touring the Tuckaleechee Caverns. Having not a clue what/how to order we walked up to the ordering area/register and explained (twice) that it was the first time we'd been there and didn't have a clue. The girl was not one bit of help and didn't explain anything. We placed a standing order thru her, got what she called a "tracker" and Not knowing/and doubting if we'd get service at a table we decided to sit at the bar. This place must be new. We got 2 appetizers and a pizza. My husband was excited about the brewery part. We were a little disappointed that they didn't have sampler trays. He ordered the printshop beer and did not like it at all. I ordered the music city light and it was really good. The pizza was brick oven and it was amazing. We also got the pretzel with beer cheese and it was good and the goat cheese bites. They were really good but not what we were expecting.
