Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.

I had…read moremy furnace serviced by ANOTHER COMPANY (rhymes with Sun Flower) and was told that my heat exchanger "had a breech and was unsafe to use". I was given quotes for a replacement system that seemed to be very high. I got quotes from several other companies that were significantly lower. However the tech from Reupert wanted to re-evaluate the system and the heat exchanger does NOT need to be replaced and Chris made several adjustment to allow the unit to run better. I will now use this company for routine service and for when I do need a replacement Reupert will be getting my business.
