He concentrated non-stop for five hours in cramped quarters and replaced the box and all its breakers. The wiring inside the new box was expertly organized and tidy. The last time the owner, Matt, came out to repair it in April, we told him we were concerned that the air conditioner itself might be defective because of the constant problems. He told us to "trust him," reminded us that he owns the company, and assured us that if anything happened, he would come back out and take care of it. My husband believed him as he had been great to work with up until this point. Now, just a few months later, our HVAC has been broken for over a week. Despite the system still being under the warranty we were told the company provides, we cannot get anyone to respond. We have called and texted all three phone numbers we have for the company multiple times and have received no response. When you spend thousands of dollars on a new HVAC system, you expect reliable equipment and a company that stands behind its work. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
