Hearing internal workplace frustrations discussed within earshot of clients created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The salon itself also lacked the warm, polished feel I expect from an esthetics business. The space felt dated and visually disjointed, without much cohesion or attention to detail. Rather than feeling intentionally designed, it came across as somewhat thrown together, with a few decorative touches that felt mismatched and a bit tacky.
