This is updated since it has been two years since I posted I still see Carsen monthly for the facial of the month. I enjoy seeing her each month as a relaxing treat and my skin is still looking amazing. I also started using her for eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows look incredible. I was hesitant at first since I have had bad experience with getting my eyebrows wax but Carsen dose an amazing job with shaping and cleaning up my eyebrows Post from Dec 14 2023 I started seeing Carsen last year. My skin was doing really bad. I had been suffering from painful cystic acne for a few years. It seemed like everything I tired had not work. Carsen was knowledgeable and has been able to direct me to the skincare routine that I use today. I have been seeing her monthly for facials. My skin looks amazing and I no longer have any cystic acne. Carsen is worth the time, money and trust for skincare needs. I recommend her for facial and any help with creating a skincare routine. When I say I'm glowing, I mean I'm GLOWING. Carsen is such a phenomenal esthetician and has changed my world. I've struggled with Acne, Texture, redness, dryness and post acne marks. Love everything about this place. Carsen made my nearly transparent lashes look like fakies. I'm a committed client from now on, and next time I'll get a before/after pic. The Grove space is airy and open, sparkling clean, full of gorgeous plants, and smells like spring. I have an anxiety thing about my eyes but will brave lash stuff because I'm also a victim of vanity. Carsen explained every step of the lash process which was super helpful. I also found out during my appointment that she is a great human. She's funny and genuine, which was delightful after being a "thank you, next..." client at another place. I came across Carsen via instagram. I enjoyed her personality and instantly decided to book a brazilian. That in itself is impressive, for me. Listen. Things arent what they once were. Being plus size and having recently had a baby, I was feeling all sorts of bad things about my body. I run a body waxing studio as well and have very specific expectations in regards to cleanliness and technique..Ive had a rough time finding someone who was focused on sanitation, talented at waxing larger bodies AND can make getting waxed stress free, even fun. I recently experienced pampering from Carsen at her new place of business. I scheduled a facial and eyelash tinting. Everything was ready for me when I arrived at the appointed time. Carsen did a great job of explaining what she was doing and how things were going to feel as she did them. However, she was also quiet and allowed me to just relax during most of my time there. Her studio is clean and attractive. She uses excellent products and is willing to offer educated advice for skin health. My skin feels and looks fantastic right now and I received several compliments at work on my now visible eyelashes! I am definitely going to be making this part of my self-care routine. read more

Carsen was the makeup artist for my wedding this last weekend and all I can say WOW! Carsen is professional, kind and didn't skip a beat throughout this process. I don't wear a lot of makeup on the regular and Carsen patiently walked me through every step of the process in the midst of wedding jitters (which are no joke).
