If you're craving the best Southern desserts around, The Peach Cobbler Factory is a must-visit! Their peach cobbler--served warm with premium vanilla bean ice cream--is hands down the most comforting, homemade-tasting dessert I've had in a long time. They offer tons of other treats too: banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, milkshakes, cookies, brownies, and even crispy Churro Stix with dipping sauces. The vibe is super welcoming, and you can tell everything is made with care and real Southern love. Whether you stop by their Smyrna location or grab delivery, it's always a sweet experience. Plus, they cater and do mobile events, which is perfect for parties or work gatherings. If you're into authentic Southern sweets, don't miss out--this place is growing fast with locations all over Georgia and the U.S. I'll definitely be back for more!

Nice staff and clean location. Ice cream option is vanilla only. A variety of flavors with the peach cobbler and banana puddings. Also offers big size cookies and cinnamon rolls.

E X P E R I E N C E I came on a friday at 9pm. they close at 10. there were 4 other couples in store ordering. F O O D 2 Peach Cobbler sweet potato pecan Cobbler caramel apple Cobbler peanut butter praline cinnamon roll all recommendations by the server! the flavors were all amazing. pretty sweet (compared to Asian standards) but soo tasty. Great flavor. the cobblers all come with vanilla ice cream S E R V I C E I was helped after a few minutes as I came to the counter. it seems like the guy at the counter also helps the person in the back, to package. One word-Delicious!! I found this spot when I was trying to get back to my hotel. I had to stop. There were so may tempting items on the menu from cobbler to banana pudding to shakes. Ultimately I decided on the cinnamon peach praline cobbler. It was fantastic. Perfect ratio of peaches, crust and praline pecans. It also came with a scoop of ice cream on the side. It was a perfect dessert. If I'm in the area again I will definitely return to try the banana pudding.

Taurus the person, taking my order, was very courteous ! I did enjoy my peach, mango cobbler. It was great and delicious! I do wish the preparation of my order was a little bit faster Did not know this place right around the corner for where I usually dine! Glad I found it! Well, it's usually great that there was more fruit than cobbler, I do wish there was more cobbler

I really had high hopes for this place but if you're up for a good dessert and REALLY like peach cobbler, try another spot. It was OK, but they had plenty of options of different flavor cobbler and banana pudding that you can't get anywhere else. So I'm giving them a 3 for effort!

Had to try it! We chose the flight and chose peach, mango, banana pudding, and strawberry. We each (4 of us) got to sample each other's flavors. Each tasted amazing. We live in Sacramento, Ca and never seen anything like this in our area. As you enter, the place is very lit. There's a camera and backdrop on wall for photo shots and you're able to text the photos to your phone. The service was wonderful. He was helpful and polite. It got busy while waiting for our order so that tells me the place is good.

I was so happy to finally try this place. Me and my brother read the reviews and thought this place was going to be amazing. I was WRONG!!! The peach cobbler was Nasty and barely had any flavor. The syrup was extremely thick. The crust had no flavor. I was highly disappointed. There were a lot of peaches and barely any crust. Maybe some other dishes are better, but this ain't it. This is a waste of $18. I'd rather go to a soul food restaurant.

No pudding available Cobbler: had barely any crust (iyktyk) and the filling could use improvement. I think we were also supposed to get ice cream ? If so we didn't get it. I got the cinnamon roll with apple butter. I thought it would be throughout but it was on top, and the roll itself was a little dry. Purchase 2 peanut butter cookies that were huge for my son. Not sure how they were but he didnt complain so I assume they were good.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I guess I must've written it off due to the parking situation, and I honestly would've never visited, but a friend suggested coming here, so here I am. It's very, very limited parking. I'm not sure if we're *allowed* to park in the nearby parking lots, and I didn't have to, but if there's only like 6 spaces with barely enough space for cars to pass through entering and exiting... idk, it's not for me, esp when Doraville can get v traffick-y and the turn lanes are just waiting. Interior wise, it's cute. It tries to invoke a sense of Japanese aesthetic with the shoji panels, all the wood and light, the fake flowers, and I don't hate it. It's a fine place to sit and chat, though I feel bad for others who want to visit because again, the parking here sucks. I got their black sesame latte float with a matcha and sakura (seasonal flavor) swirl. The sakura was sweeter than anticipated and not floral, which was a bit disappointing since I didn't like it alone or mixing with the matcha flavor. The black sesame portion was fine. I like the nuttiness of black sesame in general, and I would've loved if they used more for a stronger flavor. The flavor was subtle, and with the ice and soft serve on top, got easily diluted.

We went to the amazing Atlanta aquarium, and the Yard is a short walk away. The menu is a good size, and there are a good variety of options, we had a hard time choosing. It was not very busy during our visit, considering how involved the shakes are to make, we did not want too long. Our group of three each got a milkshake jar. They are pretty pricy, you do get to keep the jar. I had the salted Carmel cheesecake. There was a bit too much whip cream. The shake itself was very good. It was topped with a peice of cheesecake, which was still frozen. I was not a fan of it frozen, we ended up taking some of the dessert toppings home, and the cheesecake was good later. I was surprised my niece did not finish her Brookie Batter, she said it was too chocolate. I tried it, and it was too intense with the cocoa. They had a washing station if you get a jar shake to clean it and take it home.
