I wanted something sweet and saw there was a dessert location close to me. Upon entry the store was very clean and the employee was super friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of cobblers cheesecakes and cookies to choose from. I got the original cheesecake and the original og peach cobbler. Both were good. The cobbler is very sweet and has extra extra crust. If you like more crust then fruit you won't be disappointed at all. The flavor was nice it was warm. Peach Cobbler Factory.... brilliant idea! I love peach cobbler. But I'm very particular about the type of crust. The Peach Cobbler Factory delivered the pie crust that I love and not bread pudding crust. The ratio and consistency of crust/peaches/syrup was on point. I tried the traditional peach and strawberry-peach cobbler. Both were delicious. All the cobblers come with a scoop of ice cream. That's cool if you like it but I don't. I'm cobbler purist. I don't want anything taking away from the cobbler.(I'm a peach cobbler snob). My advice if you don't want the ice cream is to get it on the side because you have to pay for it anyway. That brings me to the only knock I have on the restaurant. I think the cobbler is a bit overpriced for the portion you get. Service was good. The employee who helped me was friendly. It's located in a Publix shopping center. The interior was clean with a modest dining area. There was music playing and an overall good vibe. Eat dessert first could be my motto. Why save the best for last when you are already full? This restaurant really plays into my dessert choice because I love a fruity treat over chocolate or cheese cake and this place delivers. I have been to a PCF in Tampa before but this location has a modern clean decor that is appealing. Hey Grandma it's not just cobbler anymore! They have really expanded the menu since I tried them in Tampa a couple years ago. They have ice cream, pudding, pudding shakes, cinnamon rolls, churros, Belgian waffles, cheese cake, banana pudding and cookies. All of these come in different flavor combinations. For the indecisive customers they also offer a dessert flight. I sampled the peach and cherry cobblers to go without ice cream. Both had a nice crust and plenty of fruit. I make homemade peach cobbler or peach & blueberry cobbler. I prefer when the crust to fruit ratio is at least equal and Peach Cobbler Factory meets that bar. This cobbler is a little sweeter than I like but considering it is a fair price and little effort - I'll take it. I noticed they plan to open another location in Dr Phillips in August 2025 so I look forward to an even easier way to get my dessert appetizer. read more

We shared a peach cobbler with ice cream. It was very good and great flavor! I give it a 5 star. The only negative was once we ordered and received our dessert the lady left and we didn't see anyone at all in the place until we left. I came in one evening on the same night that they were hosting a family night for a school. There were a good amount of people in the already too small dining area. Kudos to them for giving back to the community, but I wish they would have had one more staff member on shift to help. There was only one person manning the register and prepping food and it did take a long time for everyone to get their orders. This was my first visit, so I opted to just try the cobbler, but I was tempted by the banana pudding. I'll save that for the next visit. I ordered the cinnamon praline peach cobble and it came with a scoop of ice cream on top. It was just as I imagined and reminded me of my childhood. The cobbler was piping hot with the perfect ratio of crust to filling. I ordered a flight of cobblers to bring home and my daughter shared my sentiments (her fave was the praline as well, but she tried original, mango, and strawberry). My husband did not like the crust. My husband and I were in the mood for something sweet and wanted to try something new to us, and The Peach Cobbler company looked like it had something for everyone. The location was clean, decor minimalist, and the employee was very pleasant. There's an area of the wall that has fake greenery and a neon sign for photo ops. There's plenty of parking too. There are cobblers, banana pudding shakes, cookies, churros, and more to choose from. I got a bourbon pecan banana pudding shake and my husband got a Butterfinger banana pudding shake. I liked my shake the best because the flavor just complimented the banana flavor while the Butterfinger flavor overpowered the delicate banana flavor. The Butterfinger shake was really good, it just didn't have much banana flavor. My only complaint is that after top our total for 2 shakes was $22! That's pretty steep. I came back for another sweet treat and tried a different location than before. I got the same thing and it was good, but not my favorite. The ice cream was a tad bit freezer burnt. However the raisin, apple, walnut cobbler was good and warm. It felt like fall in a cup, which it is currently the summer time but it was still good. I love getting the flight so I can have two cobblers and two banana puddings. It's always freshly made and the flavor combinations available are perfect! My favorites are the red bubbler banana pudding and the strawberry peach cobbler. DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!! Most disgusting, crappy experience of my entire life. I genuinely regret ever stepping into this vile place and my mouth is forever traumatized. Me and my family came to this place looking for a little sweet treat, after deciding what to get we orderd banana pudding, cobbler, and churros, then we sat down. fifteen minutes later, we are starting to wonder where our food is, twenty minutes, we are getting kinda pissed but continue anyway, thirty minutes later we still havent gotten our food. FORTY MINUTES, yes, forty whole minutes of waiting, at that point we werent even hungry anymore and just wanted to go home. then the 'food' finally came, so we dug in, and when i tell you NOBODY ate that sh!t, we barley even made it through our second bites. First of all, the banana pudding was NASTY, it was slimey and stale and tasted like overwhelmingly sweet cardboard, some bits were rock hard and some were mushy. this 'banana pudding' was a hate crime towards my mouth and im shocked my tongue hasnt commited sucicide after that experience. now thats not all, no, i wish! but the cobbler was AWFUL, especially for a place called 'peach cobbler factory' the cobbler was DISGUSTING, we orderd strawberry cobbler but what came out was nothing of that kind, what was served to us was a brownish rotten looking slop over a soggy and stale crust, even the icecream was of the lowest quality, it was preportioned and hard as a rock, tasted like chalk and despair. now, the churros. it is EXTREMELY hard to fuck up churros but somehow they did it, the churros came out looking normal atleast but when i bit into one i was proved wrong, it was hard, chewy and stale. biting into it felt like i was eating old rations from world war one. And just to add the cherry on top, it was EXTREMELY expensive for the horrid quality of the food, we ended up paying almost $40, yes you heard me right ALMOST FORTY WHOLE BUCKS on two little cups of banana pudding, one little cup of cobbler and some tiny little churros. the portions were mini and the quality was unlike anything ive ever experienced. i would pay MAXIMUM $15 for all that if i ever dared to put myself through this torture again. we ended up throwing all the food away and just going home. it was extremely disappointing and i hope this place crumbles to the ground and closes for good before another poor soul has to experience it again. stay safe and dont come here read more

My expectations were high cause I love banana pudding but it was NOT worth it. I was excited because I had been waiting for half the day to get dessert (which I WOULD'VE enjoyed) until we finally chose this place I was pretty happy that they had banana pudding because like I said, I love banana pudding. I got the classic banana pudding which I waited for about 30 or so minutes for a piece of separating pudding that looked like it had been through WW1 and forgotten till now. The nilla wafers were rock hard and the ones in the pudding were absolute mush to the point I didn't even know what I was eating, it was gut burning sweet, and my stomach was reacting to it terribly my intestines were self-knotting while my mouth was probably wishing it had took a day off + just that ONE regular sized pudding was 8 dollars which is so extremely expensive for the sweeter in disguise I had to put in my mouth and I was wishing I slept the whole day. Personally I would rather eat styrofoam then this poison that threw hands with my stomach. I sadly had to taste is because it was not only stuck in my teeth, I now have a life long memory of this horrid thing stuck in my head that forever traumatized me which I now don't like banana pudding anymore. I should just stick to Twistie treat. 0.1/100 I don't recommend.
