I know this place is known for their macarons but I omg the Dubai chocolate I just got was amazing! There was a sign on Park Ave mentioning that they now carried it so me and a friend rushed over there to check it out. The location is a smaller space next to Tabla Indian Cuisine. There are macaron and other lovely sweet offerings. Now, the chocolate... The had two different offerings - a smaller and larger size. The designs were beautiful and after purchasing this chocolate and having a piece, it was SO difficult to not just eat it all and buy another one! SO GOOD! They did mention that it sells out daily very quickly so I was happen we got there to buy some first thing!
Le Macaron is my favorite place, every time I see it I HAVE to go in and get myself some macarons to take home! I get the biggest box and I get just an assortment of all the different flavors! My favorite has to be the pistachio one though! Not only do they only have macarons but they also have coffee, gelato, chocolates and little desserts. I love coming here!
A hidden gem, but the BEST macaron spot in the downtown Winter Park area. Always very clean and friendly every time I come and visit or bring someone. I can't help it that I leave with at LEAST a box of 10 macarons The pistachio and the passionfruit one were definitely the best i've ever had!!! I would suggest this place for any Macaron lover like myself!
It's a cute tiny hidden gem. It has a wid3 variety of macarons. You may even find chocolate. Not all flavors are created equal. We loved the tiramisu. Vanilla, pistachio, and Mango. The Columbian Coffee, the red velvet lacked flavor. As for drinks, coffee and water is also available. They have seating outside. The service was wonderful. .
Not easy to find, but we stumbled upon this little store in the walkway along with other stores. SO MANY flavors, it was hard to choose. But I carried on and pick a box of different ones to take back to the hotel. I love this part of Winter Park with all its great shops next to the park.
Wow. Nice little spot in the heart of Winter Park's Park Avenue. The service was impeccable. Noelani was the girl that took care of us and she was very informative and patient with our order. She made a few recommendations and they were spot on. I had 2 scoops of their most popular gelato flavors. Coconut Chocolate and Pistachio. Their were amazing and refreshing in this Florida heat. I will definitely be returning.

It's a small shop with pretty displays of macarons of every flavor and colors and Gelato. I picked up 8, pricey. The Madagascar vanilla and raspberry were our favorite macaron.
Tasty French treats and good coffee. A little pricey, but what isn't nowadays. Today we had a chocolate croissant, Nutella beignet and cold latte.
The macarons were good but lacked flavor. We got a 6 count of pistachio, coffee, raspberry, coconut, tiramisu, and cassis. The coffee had the best flavor. My son ate the whole cassis one before I had a chance to taste it soo maybe that one was really good also. Overall we felt they were flat in their flavor profile though.
(7/21/2023) we were taking some visitors around from Japan, stopped in to buy some souvenirs. I did know this was a chain before coming in, but they did have a variety of flavors and packaging, good for travel. The place is tucked away in the back of a hallway strip, next to Tabla, look for the koi ponds. It's not exactly a warming vibe. A young employee was lounging in one of the cafe tables surfing on her phone the whole time we were there. The macaron shells had a touch of staleness, the centers were very moist, maybe a little too. Possibly these were hanging around in the case a little too long in the Florida humidity. They are pretty expensive for these little cookies, 6 for $12. Our tourist visitors enjoyed them.
I can't get enough of these things. If you're craving Macarons, Le Macaron is where you need to go. I preordered a couple gift boxes for Valentines Day. When I got there, the person helping me couldn't have been nicer. They really take the time here to make sure everything looks pretty and stays in good shape while in the packaging. There's a wide variety of flavors too. From floral ones like Rose and Lavender to more conventional like raspberry and chocolate, there's bound to be something you like. They even have some more unique flavors like bubble gum and black current. The Macarons themselves are baked to perfection. It's not always easy finding Macarons, so I sometimes end up ordering them from websites and having them shipped to me, but it's just not the same. Even the outstanding Publix bakery just can't really compete with Le Macaron. There's just something about that perfect soft but crunchy texture of a Macaron from this place that I just can't find anywhere else outside of another specialty bakery. The fillings are also on point and never feel too artificial or overly sweet. They have beautiful chocolates here too. No flavors that you couldn't find anywhere else, but man are they pretty to look at. They have chocolate cigars and lipsticks that make really cute gifts. The location is really nice, inside a little shopping court surrounding a koi pond. It's a perfect stop during an afternoon stroll through Winter Park. I'll never get tired of making the drive over here.
So my wife recently told me that she has never had macaroon before, so I had to change that. We found the closest pastry shop that focuses on macroons, and Le Macaron looked like a safe bet. Tucked away in what looks like a miniature mall, is Le Macaron. Once you see their sign, you can't unsee the store due to the purple walls. When you walk in, you see their gelato case with some good looking flavors. To the left is the macaroons and gourmet chocolates. Some of the flavors are very unique. Madagascar vanilla, chocolate praline, and basil white chocolate. A box of 6 is $15, yeah you read that right. The macaroons were good and very light. Some flavors were lighter than others. We sampled some gelato and we'd like to come back for those, some gelato can even be sandwiched between some macaroons! We were also informed that the gelato and chocolate was imported from France, fun fact!
This stop was purely at my niece's request--she asked us to swing by and pick up a few macarons while we were visiting the area. It was meant to be a quick grab-and-go, and that's exactly what it was. Fast forward to later that evening when we finally tried them... and wow. Immediate regret that I didn't buy any for myself. These macarons were absolutely exquisite--light, delicate, and full of flavor. Clearly made with care and attention to detail. Lesson learned: next time, I'm getting my own box. If you're anywhere nearby and have a sweet tooth, this place is absolutely worth a stop. read more
Just want to give a quick shoutout to Kevin for keeping the store open after our Yelp event a few doors down. At the Yelp event, I told a fellow Yelper about Le Macaron being the best place to get macarons in Orlando. The store had just closed at the end of our event, and Kevin was cleaning up. He saw us at the door (probably with disappointed looks on our faces) and came to open the door. We apologized and I told him I wanted to introduce my friend to these amazing macarons. I told him I come here often when I'm in the Winter Park area. He requested our selection choices, pulled the trays out of the refrigerated area and placed our selections in a box. I asked if we could have two boxes since I was taking home 3 of them and the other 3 were going home with my friend. He happily complied. We thanked him for letting us in after hours and allowing us to make a purchase. Kevin went above and beyond and solidified my 5-star review of this establishment. My friend took a bite of one of her macarons and said they were heavenly. She said she will definitely be back. Kevin's can-do attitude resulted in a new customer for this great business! read more
This was a cute little French pastries shop right off of park ave. I was craving something sweet and ordered an iced latte with their toasted marshmallow flavor. It was definitely more than what I wanted to pay coming to almost $7 and change. It was good but way too sweet for my liking. They also have macarons and gelato but nothing too special. Can't say I return. Looks and is definitely more of you go to take a picture of what you ordered and isn't that great in the end. read more

I agree with others that say there is little to no filling in the macaroons. I received two boxes as a gift and I would say MOST of the macaroons has very very little filling. However, they tasted fresh and flavorful. I would suggest to the owner to put more filling in. I'm including pictures as an example. Some had the decent amount of filling while others just looked like two cookie shells on top of each other. My FAVORITE was the coconut and vanilla (those actually had enough read more

We made a late night decision to get some macarons after our dinner about 7 mins away. Apparently Winter Park's Park Ave is highly popular at night as a lot of the restaurants were in full swing not to mention that this night they were showing a movie in the park across the street. We found a parking spot on the street on one my the nearby side streets and walked over and into the shops' interior. First thing to notice is the Koi Ponds on the way to Le Macaron. Them suckers are huge! We the heck are they feeding them?!?! Wow. The little shop is next to a french bistro with a huge faux tree with lotsa twinkling lights. Walking in, I was very excited. I didn't see any truffles but I saw plenty of macarons and gelato. We made a decision to get a box of 12 and get 6 a piece. I chose Strawberry Yuzu (yum!), Black Current (interesting but good), Gingerbread (my favorite of the bunch), Rose (pretty good), Lavender (very subtle taste, but good), and Lemon (pretty good). In hindsight I should have tried the gelato but there'll be another time to venture down to Winter Park and check it out. read more
Le Macaron French Pastries has the best macarons. They inform their customers that the first bite will surprise. Second bite is the flavor. Third bite is pleasure. All adding up to a mouth full of heaven. This bold statement is so true and I strongly recommend that you stop by a try them for yourselves. I decided to purchase 6 for $15.00 ...before tax. There were many to choose from but I picked out pistachio, chocolate, coffee, coconut, caramel and strawberry. Each macaron was light, dainty and a tiny bit chewy. It was a tough decision but my favorite flavor was the coconut. Customer service was spot on....friendly, informative and very pleasant. Overall this was a great experience. read more
Hmmmm this place has a great location. If you wanna scape from the heat during the summer you wanna step into this plaza. However, this place is very easy to miss as it's inside this tiny plaza on the park next to Paris bistro. They are mostly known for their macaroons. However you have quite a few gelato options too. You can get 6 macaroons for $12. My number one choice is the pistachio but coconut is great too. As for the gelato, they are a bit too sweet for my taste. I like the coconut and coffee the most. However, for a better gelato you should checkout Rome's Flavors down on Morse Ave. The gelato is $4.5 for two scoops which is not cheap I would say. But if you're a gelato fan, you're most likely gonna like them. They also have some outside sitting tables right in the plaza. Perfect spot to relax in a quiet environment. Located off the park ave walkway this little shop is a good place to satisfy a sweet tooth. We ordered some eclairs and caramel squares. The macaron looked good but they were 75 cent more than were we typically get them so we opted to try something new. The eclair wasn't heavy at all, it was light and fluffy just like it should be and was the dessert that ushered in the end to a good night of eating. On top of the cloud like texture of the eclair the caramel square were soft and delightful. I never ask, but I'm almost sure they make these in house. 4 stars as the prices were a little high for the portions and the wrapping on the caramel was hard to manage. But overall, well done Le Macaron. read more
4 stars for some good gelato and tasty macarons! I've walked by this shop numerous times when walking on Park Ave, but have usually been steered to ice cream shops instead. This time, however, my friend and I were in the mood for something new so we decided to stop in! The shop was pretty hot inside which was a big disappointment, but other than that the visit was good! I picked the almond flavored gelato while my friend got the American cookie flavor. It was really refreshing on a hot summer day, but was overwhelmingly sweet afterwards. I picked up a coconut macaroon for the road and was really happy with my choice! It's nice to have a dessert alternative when out at Park Ave and I'm glad to add this shop to my list. read more

Came here on the suggestion of one of my cousins. I was real excited to try out their macarons because I heard such great things. The shop itself is small and they don't just have macarons, but they have other sweets as well. Browsing at the flavors, I was happy to see they had some exotic flavors, but upon further inspection, I noticed most of them contained chocolate filling. We got a box of 12 (basil white chocolate, salted caramel, strawberry key lime, sicilian pistachio, mint white chocolate, hazelnut praline, rose, earl grey tea milk chocolate, colombian coffee, lavender white chocolate, and raspberry). The BASIL WHITE CHOCOLATE did not have that nice minty flavor I was looking for. I didn't even taste the white chocolate! All I could taste was the sweetness of the filling, other than that it was bland and didn't really have a flavor. Next, I took a bite out of the LAVENDER WHITE CHOCOLATE. I was expecting some floral aroma before eating it, but nope.. none of that and when I bit into it, there was no lavender and it was the same as the basil white chocolate. The filling was creamy, but no flavor. All I could taste was sugar. After the two macarons, I didn't try the others. I left them for my cousins. I'll have to look for another macaron shop next time I'm in Orlando, but for now, I'll stick to the ones in Houston. read more

Le Macaron is a must do for anyone who is a fan of Macarons! They are located in Winter Park, In a little shopping plaza along a sidewalk filled with local eateries, boutiques and across from the park. As soon as you walk inside you'll see a huge coy fish pond in front of you. To your left you'll see Filthy Rich Celebrity Jewelers, behind the coy fish pond you'll see a faux banyan tree that is the entrance for Paris Bistro and to the right of that you'll see the Mecca LE MACARON! This Le Macaron has everything from the obvious macarons, to chocolate truffles and even gelato! My favorite macarons that I've had from here have been the rose, lavender, basil white chocolate, coconut, and the chestnut. I've also tried the violette gelato and it is absolutely amazing! They offer several gift box options at additional charge, or you can go with the standard Le Macaron Box complete with or without bow at no additional fee. Also Le Macaron has a Yelp check-in offer(5% off one box of six macarons)! Sometimes they don't know about the offer but they've always been really nice and honored it for me. read more
