Pros: Ambiance was cool. It's just a little shop, but the inside is decorated very well. Very thematic. Service was nice. The lady got to us before we ordered something that they were out of, at least. Food was delicious. That popcorn mochi waffle thing was insanely good. I could have eaten four more of them. Cons: Like I said, they didn't have a component of the dessert on hand, so that was pretty disappointing. Tips: They have a waffle sampler now, which they didn't have when we went, so definitely get that!

I've been following this business since I had the ube waffle at a previous Yelp event, so I was so excited to be able to go out and support them at a pop up event! Two food truck events in two weeks so you know I'm addicted now! The street corn has a Cajun twist on it that I was absolutely not mad at, and the pineapple upside down waffle had me wanting to go back for seconds! As always, the team is so kind and humble about their work, so it's no wonder that they receive so much love from the community. I'm looking forward to having more of their food next week and at other events in the future!

Parlor Kitchen definitely impressed us with our quick try of the waffle combo. We tried the corn mochi waffle for $8 at the cute park in Casselberry. Love the unique flavor combos of the corn mochi, with chewy center and smoked popcorn. I do wish it was a little of a bigger portion but loved the flavor. Would totally try something different next time from Parlor Kitchen. Plus side it's always at new locations, so easy to try if you follow their insta.

New dessert place at the Apopka Foodhall. Great showmanship and execution. The portion is surprisingly filling. I ordered the corn mochi and it was interesting. Sweet, salty, warm with a hint of heat from chilli flakes. Will try the flight next time where you get portions of all the offerings.

One thing I noticed on prior visits is that most of their servers have left and moved on to other local restaurants. The restaurant itself needs a good deep cleaning as well. We visited today which is Sunday. Restaurant was packed and they only had one server busting her you know what to get tables taken care of. As you can imagine there was a wait to get food. The young lady that took our drink orders looked and acted annoyed with any request being asked. We finally got a chance to place our orders after about a 15 minute wait. They were out of bacon and sausage and only offered turkey bacon and turkey sausage. I ordered the chicken and waffles which is usually pretty good. By the time our food came we needed refills. We couldn't catch our server in time to make the request. The young lady that originally took our drink order was MIA so we hurried up and finished our meal sans a refill. Our server finally brought our check and I immediately gave her my card cause I didn't know how long I would have to wait for her to come back around. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

It has an incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel very much at home. Since I prefer savory breakfasts to sweet breakfasts, instead of their waffles, I went with an omelet. It was a nice way to start my day. All in all, C's Waffles is a great place to grab breakfast and I like that it is a local business instead of a national chain restaurant. I would definitely recommend here.

We got the pancake flight in flavors Boston cream, cinnamon roll and Biscoff. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the stuffed strawberry French toast. That pancake flight was absolutely delicious. The best one with cinnamon roll then the Biscoff and then the Boston cream they were fluffy. The flavors were infused excellent and it wasn't too sweet. You absolutely needed no syrup at all. The chicken and waffle was very good. The chicken was well seasoned and fried to perfection. I added hot honey to mine. That way I can further that sweet and savory flavor. The strawberry stuffed French toast tasted like delicious strawberries. The cinnamon and nutmeg was infused throughout the French toast. Literally an amazing meal. The only thing that I feel I would've skipped out on was the eggs because they didn't taste like real eggs but everything else delicious.

Definitely a fun group and honestly, the perfect place to get everyone together. Now, I'm going to be honest. I don't think the food was really up to par. Nothing was terrible, but nothing had me thinking, "Wow, I need to come back here for this." The mimosas, however, were doing their job quite nicely. Then again, once you've had enough mimosas, does the food really matter that much? At that point, it's all about the conversation, the laughs and the people you're sitting around the table with. And on that front, this brunch delivered.

Crisp Waffles completely exceeded my expectations. The waffles were fresh, hot, soft, and moist on the inside. Todi, the owner, was warm and personable. She even explained the difference between authentic Belgian waffles and the versions we're used to in the U.S., which made the visit even more special. My favorite was the Strawberry Extreme. I swapped syrup for a drizzle of hot honey, and with the Nutella on top, it was sweet, balanced, and unforgettable. I also tried the waffle sandwich and the chicken and waffles, both of which were outstanding. If you're ever in St. Pete or the Bay Area and want a homey, comforting breakfast -- sweet or savory --Crisp Waffles is the place. They also offer açai bowls, smoothies, ice cream, and more. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and relaxing, which impressed me just as much as the food. I'll definitely be back anytime I'm craving a truly exceptional waffle.
