The manager came in an explained that there was a problem and compensated us with tickets for another movie or to come back on another day. I found this to be great business. I visited earlier this year to watch Tuscaloosa County High put on a production of Beauty and the Beast. The inside looks like you're sitting outside the doors of a beautiful castle, faux brick lining the walls, balconies, and the ceiling painted like the sky. The little lights embedded in the ceiling come on when the lights go off so it looks like your gazing at the stars. The seats are by no means five star but they aren't intolerable either. They have a concessions area with typical theater prices. The biggest negative is the parking. It can be a real stinker and you may have quite a walk.

We went on a Saturday night for the first showing, at 2030. All guests were courteous and respectful. Many had lawn chairs and blankets that they utilized around their parked car. The Snack Shack is lacking in options, but fortunately there is an eatery attached to the outlet that is not any farther walk than the Snack Shack. Restrooms are also located near the eatery. Rules state that outside food and drink are prohibited, but I don't think anyone would approach you over it, after all, you are in your own, personal, vehicle. If you're looking for a chill, low-key movie experience, I definitely recommend hitting a Sunday matinee here. It's a great way to enjoy a film without the usual weekend chaos. The smell was disgusting, they clearly aren't taking a wipe to these chairs every once in awhile. The seats are as comfortable or lush as other theatres, and it was hot. Someone came in mid movie on a walkie talkie loud not even attempting to leave in a hurry. Staffing here is a mess i can tell.

I don't usually do movie theater food because it can be pricy but this day was considered treat day. Not sure what my original order was but the young lady encouraged me to go with a combo for the popcorn corn and icee. Also, I saw a bar area, nice. The seat was comfortable but now that I know the layout of the theater, I will choose different next time. Oh and the restroom was clean, always a plus. Premiere will now be in rotation.

As I was unaware of the story if was a very good viewing. The other movie was unexpected Christmas. I only knew three actors in the movie but everyone gave a good performance. The story line was good and kept building. It was an unusual Christmas movie but so very very good. I do recommend both of these movies and this theater
