They don't know what they have in the lot. They wait for customers to find out what's wrong with the cars. Every car in there system shows that they are losing money on the sale. That's a sales technique. They won't lower the price for you but they will lower it if it's not bought in a period of time. Buyer beware. We had a fair experience but you need to check out the car with a separate mechanic first.

Matt McCoy called later that afternoon to go over what all needed to be done. He also informed me that the catalytic converter would be covered under the warranty. My car was ready the next day.
