A Second Chance Made All the Difference I originally left a review after an experience that left me disappointed, particularly with the lack of follow-up and customer service. I had several appointments remaining from a package I had already purchased, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much when I decided to come back. I'm very happy to say that I was wrong to assume things couldn't improve. Today, I had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Tiffany and she personally took care of me. She gave me one of the best facials I've ever had. No...seriously!! It was a jaw dropping, melted like butter, fall asleep and snore kind of experience!! In addition I was impressed with how much she educated me about caring for my skin. She shared natural approaches and techniques I had never heard of before, without immediately turning to fillers or other invasive treatments that can potentially damage or compromise the skin. She also immediately texted me some options for continued skincare between appointments before I even got to my car! The experience was completely different from my first visit, and I genuinely felt cared for. Having experienced treatments with several other estheticians over the years, I definitely have something to compare it to, and I can honestly say that this experience stood out. It reminded me of something important: sometimes a business deserves a second chance, especially when the people behind it are willing to listen, take responsibility, and make an effort to improve a customer's experience. I'm glad I came back, and I'm glad I gave them that opportunity. I believe businesses should be recognized when they make an effort to do better, and in this case, I truly feel that they did. ***BEWARE*** Questionable practices that have led me to seek medical attention. Very poor customer service, and you can get a much better facial somewhere else. I was a client for many years and when I called to report a problem I left a message and did not get a call back. I called again, a week and a half later, and finally received a call back and was told the issue would be escalated to the operations manager but, again, no response from them. They do not care about you or your health. Ridiculous update: Funny how a yelp review elicits an immediate response but private phone calls directly to the company were ignored, multiple times. I called 3 weeks after the service to report the issue but they never called me back... now they want to say I didn't report it timely. I've been a client of Peaches for many years, probably going on 4 years or so..... I want to start off by saying how amazing there aestheticians are, I've loved every one that I have had. I have struggled my whole life with acne and spent so much money and time on trying to fix it. Medications (topical and oral), facials, diet, etc. nothing worked until I started going to Peaches. The natural products mixed with the microdermabrasion and oxygen did wonders for my face. Finally at 39 years old my acne is under control and my scare have faded significantly. Went in on March 2nd and had the most spectacular facial in my entire life. It was incredibly easy to call and schedule an appointment and the receptionist was so sweet to get me in on a short notice! When arriving, Charlie greeted me and assisted me while I filled out the paperwork. I loved the cozy atmosphere. Kasey was my esthetician and OMG! I literally loved every second of my facial, even the extraction part haha! She was very informative of the entire process and I loved learning different things I can do at home to help keep my skin clear. I wish ZERO stars was an option. I have waited over a year to write this review in hopes that Peaches would reconcile their poor business practices, but instead, it continued to get worse which was hard to comprehend. It all began with purchasing the largest package to "treat" myself, being very straightforward with Tiffany, my facialist and the manager, that I had concerns about my skin's sensitivities. My biggest mistake throughout this awful experience was trusting them. By the second session, I was having a horrible allergic reaction (to the point that I had to see a doctor and get medications), but I tried to work with Tiffany to resolve the problem. After incomplete sessions and my skin still reacting, she stated that we might need to consider refunding my package as she was at a loss for how to help my skins. I agreed. When attempting to move forward with the refund, things went from bad to HORRENDOUS. The owner got involved and the things that she said to me were unlike any experience I have ever had. To put it mildly, the owner is unreasonable, untrustworthy, and unethical. I took my complaints to the Board of Cosmetology and the Better Business Bureau where their rating was lowered because the business chose to ignore my concerns and request for resolution. I made one last attempt to make progress in resolving the issue with Tiffany in person when the store reopened, but instead she made comments about how my 20% tip for services that were never rendered were not adequate as her other clients always tip her more. It became very evident that it was not just the owner that was awful, it's the business as a whole. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone and I encourage you to read my BBB complaint before risking your time, money, and sanity. read more

After 18 months of facials at Peaches, I can confidently say Peaches facials has done wonders on my skin! I started my skincare journey with the goal of improving the overall texture and preventing the constant cystic blemishes on my skin. Once i got engaged and started prepping for my wedding, my main focus was for my skin to be immaculate for my wedding day. Facials with Tiffany have been so beneficial for my skin. She's great at educating about a skin care routine best for your skin, as one-size doesn't fit all. She made me realize that i was irritating my skin by using too many different products/brands so we paired down my routine to a few steps and products from Peaches. This has worked for me and hasnt upset my skin at all. While the facials can be uncomfortable (who loves extractions? Lol), they are so worth it when you see the results, which include less breakouts, smoother skin texture, and fading acne scars. This doesn't happen overnight, but with enough patience and consistency, I saw results within months. I can't believe I'm finally saying this, but my skin is looking sooo much better, and where I want it to be. I no longer buy tons of products from Sephora, the drug store, etc, because now Ive developed a simple routine, including the monthly facials, that works for me.
