This is a really great place.When I broke my 15" Macbook Retina screen most places quoted me at least $50 more than Peachtree Computers. The staff was friendly, happily answered my questions and concerns, and kept me updated via phone and text over the 3 day process as my new screen was ordered, delivered, and installed. Also, unlike some other local places, they quoted me over the phone and agreed to do a free diagnostic to check if there were any other issues resulting from the drop. Peachtree Computers are the best of the best when it comes to computers. It took me some time, a few disappointments, and some money to finally find them but I am glad I did some research and relied on Yelp to find these places. I took in my 6 year old Sony Vaio since it just decided to stop working and they advised me to ditch the Vaio and get something new rather than investing more money into an aged computer that was considered grandfather for the age of the computer and for it's power to run.Anyways I bought an off lease Macbook since I was in the market for a new computer and came across this perfect Macbook Pro i7 with 2.9Ghz and I am totally happy with it. They saved me few hundreds of dollars of buying a new Macbook and I am so happy with this computer purchased from them. They transferred my data free of charge and the computer was ready the next day but I picked it up after a week! Overall Im very happy with my macbook and the service provided. They are very professional and helpful plus exceptionally knowledgable! They stick to their word and are always on top of their communication with their customers but I liked how they were up front and gave their honest advice. This is THE place go for iPhone repairs! The people here are completely honest! I dropped my iPhone 6 on a Saturday night which resulted in a cracked screen. I went to Peachtree Computers on Monday morning. My phone was as good as new before I could run two errands and come back to get it. They charge a very reasonable price. Took my iPhone 6s to have the cracked screen replaced. Pricing was excellent at $69. This was half of what Apple store charges. They replaced the screen in about 30 minutes. The phone looks fantastic and works perfectly. The best part of the whole experience was the OUTSTANDING customer service!! They followed up via text, e-mail, and a phone call. This past Saturday I had Jeff and his team replace my broken iPhone screen. I had a problem with the screen. In the end it was hard to tell if it was a faulty screen, something due to the phone dropping, or the iOS upgrade I did right as the phone had dropped and the screen broken. These guys give great service. Had a hard drive to fail in my laptop, dropped it off at lunch time and by the time I got off they'd already installed the new one as well as installed Windows and optimized it. I also had them to fix a broken charging port for me earlier in the year and they were quick but thorough about that too. They perform diagnostics at no cost and offered a few practical options to fix the issue with the laptop. I choose their advice for not spending money for repair and use the laptop in certain way to avoid the issue. They recovered 100% of the data on my 3 TB external hard drive for less than half the cost of the lowest quote I got from the many data recovery businesses I called. I was in need of a used computer and 3 monitors. I worked with Bobby of Peachtree Computers and I was seriously so impressed with the customer service he provided. He helped me find a solid used computer at the store, but also advised me on some high end monitors I could buy online from Dell, despite me not buying the monitors through Peachtree Computers. He spent quite some time going over the monitors with me, making sure I had the right cables, and ensuring they would work with the computer. Since it was such a big purchase, I took my time and did my research, and ended up calling him and discussing with him in person at the store a few times over the course of a week, and he was always patient, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. When I got home to set up the system I had just purchased, I had some trouble (purely because I'm fairly computer illiterate), so I called Bobby back up and he walked me through the appropriate steps to take over the phone.
