Me and my daughter just left from there and the building and waiting area is full of those German roaches!! This place is absolutely gross! I imagine the roaches crawl all over the medical supplies! The roaches were trying to crawl on the people in the waiting room. Will never go there again!! read more

Wait time was over an hour with no one in front of me. 4:30 pm on Tuesday. Front office looks very clean and new. Front desk lady is very soft spoken and i could barely hear what she was saying when I was at the counter. read more

They gladly let me book an appointment for X-ray. When I showed up the next morning for my appointment, I was refused service because I had imaging orders from another Doctor. What a waste of time and resources! They are a total scam! They want you to use their doctor to get more of your hard earned money! BEWARE!! read more

While not every part of our visit was terrible, the negative aspects significantly outweighed the positive. To begin with, the front desk staff was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. After waiting nearly an hour without anyone being called back (despite only three people ahead of us), I politely asked the woman at the desk if she had any estimate on wait times. Her response was a sarcastic smile followed by, "I have no way of knowing," and, "Everyone wants care just like you." I clarified that I wasn't being impatient--I just needed timely care for my young daughter and was trying to decide whether to take her elsewhere. After I returned to my seat, she proceeded to address me loudly across the entire waiting room, saying, "I'm not going to knock on the patient rooms and ask if they're almost done. Your baby is no more deserving of care than those babies back in those rooms." That was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I never implied that my child deserved special treatment. Once we were finally seen, the experience with the triage nurse and the nurse practitioner was thankfully much better. They were professional and kind. We were tested for several viruses and told we would receive results by Tuesday morning (our visit was on a Sunday). By Tuesday, my daughter's symptoms had not improved, so we saw her pediatrician. To avoid subjecting her to another swab, I called Peachtree Urgent Care to obtain the test results. I was transferred multiple times to voicemail-only extensions, and when I called the front desk again, someone picked up and immediately hung up. That level of disregard was infuriating. Our pediatrician was finally able to diagnose the virus on Wednesday. Then, late Friday afternoon, Peachtree Urgent Care finally called to inform me that the test results were negative--completely contradicting the pediatrician's findings. If you can avoid this office, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Anywhere else would likely provide a better experience. read more

I have previously had great experiences here, but not since they hired a new receptionist. She is very unprofessional and incompetent in her job. She was unable to explain anything without getting someone else to explain it. I was trying to find the auto insurance information, realizing my husband had it and I called him into the office to bring me this information. He expressed his frustration with the front office staff, asking what is going on with the insurance issue and she mentioned there was not an issue and I agreed. I told my husband I was just looking for information for the auto insurance. He said he would give it to me. The front office lady asked the staff what she should do when someone is upset and she said to tell them to leave. Then, she came back and smiled brightly (very clearly not afraid). She told my husband that he looked like he was going to blow up the place and shoot up the entire clinic, which was clearly unacceptable. I understand if you want someone to leave, but it is not acceptable and unprofessional to say someone is going to blow up the place, and shout it to everyone. She continued to smile from ear to ear while she asked the other staff to stand by her. She told us both to leave, and clarified I needed to leave too even though I was super nice and wanted to simply get my auto insurance information. What happened to the other lady that used to work the front desk? She was always so nice. All of this happened at 3:40 P.M. on Friday, May 30th, 2025. Lately, I have been looking at similar reviews of this place and I am hearing similar stories of a lady smiling and then shouting something dreadful to them. read more
