Two days later my wife is still coughing and called the clinic back to request something for the cough and fluid build up. The nurse was unprofessional about the situation. We didn't get any meds till the following day due to the clinic taking 3 hours to call us back and the pharmacy was closed. Overall this clinic is unacceptable and needs better social skills and medical decision making for prescribing medication for I'll patients.

It started off as a small 'bite' with a small red halo. But over the course of two weeks - small halo and widened, considerably, n size and had turned an alarming shade of red. I was all prepared for the same level of customer service - only to discover that they don't accept my insurance (sad face) - but they let me know that they could see me as long as I was fine with paying the self-pay rate. The self-pay rate was a little steep for me, so they were even sweet enough to call Glynco Immediate Care to find out if they took my insurance - and they do - so that's where I went. I was so blown away by this level of customer service! I highly recommend this facility and if I ever get better insurance - I'll be back. Lol.
