I enjoy coming here and am willing to drive pretty far because there's a comfortable atmosphere. The two workers I've had do my nails were both friendly and meticulous about doing a good job. When I was up here last, I had to wait a little for an opening, but they do make appointments (which I didn't do). Considering it's prom season (I guess) I'm glad I didn't have to wait longer... But for this place, I would have. They haven't let me down yet. I haven't had a pedicure yet, but I have noticed they do use the disposable liners in the tubs which many people prefer. read more

I usually really enjoy this place but today had an odd experience. My nail tech Ruby was very rude and impatient with me the entire time I was getting my nails done. She is a very good nail tech and they turned out great but I was harshly spoken to numerous times throughout the service. Again my nails look great but I'm frustrated with my experience as she was clearly annoyed. read more

I had to give this shop the accolades it deserves from my experience. I have been to several nail shops in the area but have been wanting to find a shop with a tech that cared about the fact that I'm trying to wear my natural nails right now. I found this shop and read good reviews on it, plus it's not too far from me so I decided to try for a basic manicure. I walked in and the shop is very spacious. Ashley greeted me, asked me what I wanted, came over to me and looked at my hands. I told her I wanted a good manicure, cuticles cared for and trimmed and no polish. I had a short 10 min wait which I did not mind because I was a walk-in. When I sat down for Ashley to do my nails, she was very thorough and really addressed my cuticles, which I have very thick skin and many techs just do a half job. I was happy to see that Ashley was not lazy and really listened and understood what I wanted. She took her time and really cleaned me up, but she was not slow. She asked if I was right-handed because my cuticles were even thicker on that hand. She was correct! She soaked that hand twice. I was totally pleased with the customer service, the quality of the work, and I wasn't sure what the cost would be because I didn't even check before I went lol but could not believe the price was reasonable. There is a 1.50 fee to use a credit or debit card, but for this type of service and quality of work, I don't mind paying it. I will have cash next time. I noticed also that they are very up to date on nail styles and colors and I can get fancy designs, etc when or if I decide to. Been coming to this salon for about 4 years. Since new ownership, prices have gone up, but service has gone down. You now have to pay $5 to have the dead skin removed from your feet, the massage time was about 5 mins for both legs together, and I got zero massage or lotion after my SNS nails. Not willing to pay higher prices for less service. read more

Not many reviews, and not great ones either but I took the risk, because it was on the way home, and I wanted to try somewhere new. Small establishment, and friendly. The downside was that the polish started chipping about 3 days after I had them done. Now I did get regular polish, but I am not used to my nails getting so beat up looking so fast. I can usually get about two weeks out of my polish, but not this time. I had to go back in a week, and get them redone elsewhere. I thought their prices were fair. I think I paid $12 for a manicure? My manicurist was quick and efficient, but it really doesn't matter if I have to go the following week to get them done again. Too many other choices out there to come here again. read more

5 stars. They were quick! I was in and out in an hour on a busy Sunday! The whole place was clean. The gal that did my sns and my pedicure made sure everything looked how I wanted and asked if I wanted a massage, lotion, etc with my pedicure. My nails look fantastic. I am so used to getting my nails done in Atlanta with insane pricing--$10 for tips, $10 to shape, $10 to take off present sns, $10 for walking in the door (joke) but so expensive--when I got to checkout, I almost laughed because my grand total was $68. That's it. I was floored that I wasn't walking out of the nail salon paying $120 plus. The only thing I noted was it seemed like they were a little chaotic and maybe not the most organized in there but I was not forgotten, I didn't have to wait more than 5 mine when I went in (I called ahead to set a time) different people helped me and everyone did their part, remembered my color, checked to be sure I was dry enough to leave. Oh and 95% of the time when I get my nails done I am cut because I have super thin skin near my cuticles--nothing, ZERO cuts. Very impressed. Will be back. I did not do a design but saw the pics that it looks like they can do really anything. read more

I came in two weeks ago to get my nails fixed, it was a great experience then. When I went today it was really different and I didn't get what I asked for. My nails are really thick and the design is off and some parts of the polish are light enough to see through. The lady who did my nails was very nice but when I tried to tell her I didn't like some parts and to fix them she would get a little frustrated. There are also some pieces of fuzz trapped in the design. read more

Well, I'm here visiting Georgia from Miami Florida. I came in this business for a pedicure and a nail fill in. My pedicure was awesome! Now this gentleman comes to do my nails. He looked at them and told me he would be right back. I turned around and noticed he started working on another lady. He massage her hands and wrapped them in towel. He than proceeded going to a third lady, I guess to complete her nail care. I've never had a nail tech work with 3 people at one time. I'm here to pay for my service and be given all attention that is deserved. Not for them to think you will start and stop on my experience. I was so angry that l messed up my pedicure. This place is very average.. I would say it depends on who does your nails. I have had a great job and a pretty awful job.. once my gel nails started to turn brown.. they couldn't really tell me why. The owner had no problem with me coming in and then fixing it. HOWEVER the girl that messed my nails up and had to fix them really seemed to have an attitude. They were also chipping after a day!!!! But the owners cousin does a great job and another guy that works there.. but the brown chipping nails was just a bad experience. Maybe when I get over it I'll go back but until then I'm going to pass on this place for a while. read more

I was in town for a birthday party and this was my first stop, I was very excited to get my nails done with my mother; however, worst experience ever (and I've been getting my nails done for over 2 decades). The girl that did my toes was just ok... almost brought blood to my toes when she was filing the top because she was filing my skin at the same time. Now onto the nails... immediately the person (woman) that sat me down was extremely rude... all she was concerned about was the people waiting at the front to get services done. I am not someone to walk away before they are even 1/2 through the job, but this was my first. Not only was she rushing me to the extreme, very rude and did a HORRIBLE job. I wanted coffin shaped nails (I wish I took a photo) she basically cut one nail in half and called it coffin. After she asked "how's it look " my immediate response was "not good". I requested she just cut them into a square shape. She immediately spoke in her language to the owner about me (which she had been doing the entire time). After seeing her aditude and feeling the tension, I was done. Asked if she would like someone else to do my nails. She didn't respond at all... so needless to say, I told her I am leaving! I had never ever had that horrific experience at a nail salon. read more
