Soo I reallllllllyyyy want to like this place. Aesthetically, it's lovely. Snacks and drinks are always a plus. The pedicure area is a bit cramped. On this second visit, I wasn't exactly sure what i wanted but i knew i wanted a coffin shape and chrome. We had to add tips to my nails and we cut them a bit too short so had to apply new tips. The nail tech's attitude changed after that ( at one point claiming he "didn't have time for this") and he tried to tell me my nails need to be long for coffin to work and also my natural nail base was too wide for it. I've done medium length coffins plenty of times at other salons. At the end of the day, I don't think he felt like filing the sides. So here I am with more square nails. This is our go to place, but unfortunately probably not anymore. I usually upgrade the pedicure, but this time I didn't. The person trimmed my nails then left and let me soak for 10 minutes. Came back put lotion on my legs, walked away again for another 5 minutes, came back with a warm towel, placed the towel on top of. Other my legs, walked away, came back, wiped off the lotion, trimmed back my cuticles a little on a couple toes, then painted them. It was weird. I know I got the classic, but I've had the classic before. This was basically a soak and polish with waiting in between. The last time I was there I told the nail tech that I have severe pain in my fingers when they are turned and twisted. She kept twisting my finger. I will say... the quality of the nails is okay, at best. However. I came in after having been growing out my natural nails underneath acrylics to just get a replacement set. I called ahead and asked for someone who will be gentle with my nails. I then was handed anyone who was free and said repeatedly please do not try to scrape my acrylic off I want a soak off as I'm trying to keep my nails healthy underneath. He ended up saving it somewhat but had to cut off half of my growth because of the pictures below. I repeatedly said no please do not cut or try to be lazy and scrape the acrylic off. My nails are mediocre at best. The nail artist started doing her own thing without consulting me. There was only supposed to be BLACK glitter on ONE of the nails. The rest were supposed to stay black french. Before I knew it my nails had this ugly holographic glitter to it. I don't ever mind nail artists adding their own touch to my nails, but I like it when they consult me first and when they actually choose something good! She could've AT LEAST chosen a black glitter to put on all of them or a regular sparkly glitter, not holographic. This for some reason always happens at this nail salon. The front desk was super kind and fast, sat me immediatly and quoted me for my nails (which was an accurate price at the end, no additional, weird charges!) It was my first time here and I as soon as I walked through the door, the guy at the front desk immediately greeted and welcomed me and made sure to help me with what I wanted. During my stay, he was always kind and respectful to customers even with how crowded it began getting. **By the way, I suggest making an appointment over a walk-in because it does get busy and you will most likely not be seated for a while with walk-in (I made that mistake and had to wait 30 minutes). I'm a really bad nail biter and so my nails are really damaged and short, and the skin around it is cracked and bloody. I was super insecure and nervous but my nail tech-- I believe his name was Jason-- made me feel comfortable about it. He cleaned it up a little and began to work. Although he's a little on the quiet side, his work is AMAZING. He was so precise with my design and made sure it was an exact replica to the picture I showed him. I really wanted to like this place because it's rated so well but I just didn't have a good experience. I went in for gel polish remover and then a new gel polish manicure. When the tech was cutting my cuticles, she cut too far on three fingers and all were bleeding for over 15 minutes. It didn't bother me too much at first but I don't know how they clean their tools so getting a cut like that could lead to other issues. The polish and design itself looks fine but my cuticles and skin around my nails just look pretty bad. Really messy and didn't push cuticles back on one hand. read more

We went 3 weeks ago. 2 star because my pedicure was great and my family member's pedicure was rushed. We went for a family time and they started 4 of us apart 2 with nails and 2 with pedicure. Even though we booked an appointment we had to wait for at least 15 mins and then they rushed everything. SNS tech ruined my nails. She used the mechanical filer( i hope I am saying it right) to file the natural nail bed. And she was moving too fast that she cut my skin on two fingers.
