I was a loyal customer of Peachy Pest Control for years, consistently paying for their quarterly rodent control service. Visits were always quick--under 10 minutes--to refill bait stations, but no one ever inspected for entry points or signs of activity, which I thought would've been a great addition to their preventative maintenance. Recently, I suspected rodents in our attic and requested an inspection. Peachy initially brushed me off and told me to call a roofer or electrician. When I pushed back, Gary finally agreed--but only if I paid $100. Despite being a longtime customer, he wouldn't waive the fee for what would've taken 20 minutes. And, worth noting, all rodent control companies I've called (I've called many!!) do free inspections. That's when I decided to cancel our service. I called Tide Pest Control, and Bailey, the owner, came out the next morning--free of charge. Thankfully, we had no attic issues and are now switching to their service. Gary refunded my last payment (acting as if he were doing me a favor) and proceeded to send his technician to come and take his bait boxes and bait from my backyard (which had just been filled a week ago) immediately. His technician ignored my request to be let in and proceeded to trespass onto my property. I've stated to them clearly and numerous times, and asked them to document that I do not want anyone on my property without being let in by myself. They clearly had no respect on that front-- but need to get those bait boxes back!! Looking forward to being with a new company who values customer service. read more

Had them do my pest control for about a year and had to call on a couple of occasions that it was done half hearted and sloppy and that they need to come back out. Never took my rat concerns seriously enough and I continue to have problems. Did not fully remove spider/cob webs outside either. Cancelled this service but now I'm being asked to pay a $100 cancellation fee! Ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend this service. read more

We had a rodent problem at our house and tried to catch the rats on our own but no success. 2 weeks later my brother called Peachy Pest Control and Gary, the owner came over and took care of the problem. He set up a trap in one of the bedrooms as well as rat poison around our house (which is harmless to pets by the way). The rats in our house were gone within the next day or two. Gary was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. He and his team really care about their customers. We hired him exactly what we needed him for and are very happy to live in a rodent free house again! They are also very reasonably priced compared to other pest companies. 12/02/21 I can't say enough good things about Garry and Peachy Pest control. They came out because I had a bad case of fleas in my apartment and did a really thorough job getting rid of all of the fleas. On top of that they also gave me great advice on how to take care of my home, dogs, and even came back to give my car a spray to make sure all the annoying fleas were gone. Fleas can get so out of control but they really made sure to take care of us so we wouldn't have a problem anymore. And for a great price too. So we had a huge spider problem when we moved back in after being out of the house for 7 weeks due to mold issues but we had, Black widows, brown widows all over all backyard furniture trash cans etc. Matt and his team came out today same day I called them, and they removed all the webs, flipped over all the furniture and cleaned it all off, killed all the spiders they found which was a lot and killed about over 2 dozen eggs sacs!! We finally got our backyard back. So if you guys ever need a pest control company I highly recommend them. They sprayed around the exterior of house too. They did an amazing job!! Peachy Pest Control has ben a very good choice for us. They are reliable and do a complete, thorough job with our pest control every time they come over, which for us is quarterly. They get in and around all the nooks and crannies, attics, garages, and grounds of our property and so far, we have not had to call them back for a re-service, though I know they would return if we had an issue. I started using Peachy last year and these guys are fantastic! We had a lot spiders, earwigs and other creepy crawleys in and around our house. After the first treatment we rarely saw anything again save for the bees for our fruit trees. They're also extremely responsive. I spotted a brown widow on the side of the house by the fruit trees on a Sunday night. I texted thinking I wouldn't hear until the morning. I have only reviewed a handful of places. I tend to only leave reviews when I'm entirely impressed with the service I receive and this is one of them. I have had major issues with armies of ants from May-Oct so on Saturday I requested a Tuesday appointment. I was given a two hour window for the appointment which was confirmed by text and within that timeframe they showed up. Being that it was my first time using them, I walked around my house with them and they not only showed me the "hot spots" but they assured me they would have them cleaned up. They did just that. I saw a mouse in my car and was panicked by it. The first pest control company I called told me to contact my property management where I live (since I believe it came from the dumpster where my carport is located next to), literally no help at all. I reached out to Peachy Pest Control, I spoke to Matt and explained what was going on. He came out within an hour and a half and did an inspection. He confirmed that there was definitely a mouse that had been coming and going in my car. He set up multiple traps for me and even followed up a few days later.
