I purchased a package of three Potenza RF Microneedling treatments for full face/neck. My first treatment was fine, but my second treatment was completely different. I experienced severe pain during the procedure and facial pain, irritation, and numbness afterward. My concern was not just that the treatment was uncomfortable, but that the appointment felt rushed and that the numbing/procedure process was not handled with the level of care I expected for an invasive RF microneedling treatment. What upset me even more was the difference between the sales process and the complaint process. During the sales process, the communication felt warm, reassuring, and focused on getting me to purchase a package. But once I reported a serious concern, the tone felt completely different. Getting a meaningful response became extremely difficult. They would forward you from one to another, but never solve your problem. I asked for a refund for the remaining treatment because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I also asked for documentation of the treatment timeline, including when numbing started and when the procedure began. Instead, I was offered a very small cash refund. Later, I was told all sales were final and that discomfort can vary from treatment to treatment. That may be their position, but as a customer, I do not think it is reasonable to sell expensive treatment packages with a very reassuring attitude and then refuse meaningful accountability when a service experience goes badly. Store credit is not a real resolution when the issue is that I no longer trust the business to perform the remaining treatment safely and professionally. Their prices may look more attractive than some dermatologist or medical offices, but after this experience, I would strongly caution people to think carefully. If you are considering treatment here, I would recommend asking detailed questions in person before buying a package, getting the refund/cancellation policy in writing, and making sure you feel comfortable with the actual clinic staff and provider -- not just the sales conversation.
