I came here before a wedding to get a gel manicure and pedicure done, and I'm glad I did! I need to get my nails done moving forward. I'm definitely coming here. The staff were so friendly and so communicative, and I felt like I was really being taken care of. The service is performed were wonderful and I had such a great time feeling pampered. I think it was worth the extra cost compared to the other nail salons in the area. One thing to know: the power went out at some point, and it was really awesome to see that they were prepared for a power outage with battery, powered supplies, lamps, and other things. The shop itself is really cute, very clean aesthetic while being warm. The only downside is that it's in downtown so you have to find downtown parking but luckily there's tons of street parking nearby. I wish I had remembered to take pictures of my own nails, but I was so rushed for the wedding. My favorite nail salon ever! I almost never get manicures, just pedicures, but after two pedicures here, I saw all the beautiful work they do and wanted to try a manicure too. The manicure is the prettiest I have ever had, and now maybe I am on the slippery slope of a new habit... In the past, I have had nail salons where I was happy with the results, but this is the first time I felt like I really love the salon. My toenails were obviously so healthy after two pedicures with them, and the salon is very clean and cute. I find this extremely unprofessional, as an interested customer they will not be getting business from me. Amazing service, highly recommend!! I was recommended by a colleague a while back and have booked two services since. They price VERY fairly for the time and attention to detail that goes into these nails. Gabby and Marielle are so meticulous in their work; I've never had a manicure with better nail prep, more intricate nail art, and longer retention time. The salon itself is very clean and welcoming. They only use single-use or easily disinfected tools in the service. I came with a small group of friends the first time. One friend got a gel mani/pedi, and two of us had Gel-X extensions. The designs were exactly like the inspiration pictures, and they lasted well over a month with no chipping or lifting (or damage to my natural nails!!). We all work in a research lab, so we use our hands a LOT and this is the first time I've had any type of nail extensions last longer than four weeks. I just came back for a Gel-X fill, and Gabby killed it once again! I will only be coming back to Trifecta from now on, and I'm looking forward to booking a facial with Pam in the future as well! read more

This place is incredible! I had such a great experience here. They service is wonderful, the owners are kind and they really know their stuff. Safety is really important to them and do their best to give you the healthiest nails possible. Plus, their artistry is on a whole new level! The girls showed me examples of their work and I was BLOWN away. Basically, if you can dream it, they can do it. They took their time with me, didn't rush even when my appointment went past closing. And when I went back to get my gel off, they didn't rush the process that time either. My nails looked great with gel on and even after they took it off. I have had my nails done here twice now and I love it everytime. The actual salon is super quiet and cute. I did not know I loved builder gel until coming here. I got my first builder gel manicure about 2-3 weeks ago and the nails were so strong, they are the longest manicure i've had. All my other manicures have peeled and lifted within days. The photo showcases three weeks of wear and tear on the nails, almost not even noticeable. They genuinely take their time on the nails and are a great place to treat yourself to. read more

Gave this business a second chance, but this time my service was with Gabby, and she did not disappoint! Everything was near perfect and she capped the tips of my nails, which had been neglected last time I went. I felt very relaxed after my services (mani/pedi), and am thrilled with the results. I live super close to Trifecta and was really excited to try this place and I also love supporting local businesses! I didn't have an appointment, but was able to get in for a pedicure with Gabby. She was very professional, provided a wonderful massage and pedicure and my polish is lasting really well! I had the opportunity to chat with both Pam and Marielle too during my time in the shop and their whole family is lovely! Their salon is inviting and extremely clean and they use disposable products so you know that the files and callus scrubbers aren't being reused! I appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness. A gel french tip took 70-75minutes. I came in without gel/polish on and it was the longest it has ever taken to get a manicure. Prices are not posted on either their website or in the store. It was $59 (after tax, before tip) for this. The edges of my nails were not capped and there are some areas that are missing polish. Several of my fingers have white residue on them. Love this place. I found this place when I go grocery shopping. They just newly open so everything look modern and nice. Both of the nail technicians are amazing. They are both professional and patient. First time I got a simple French tip acrylic, that last me for a good month. And this time I got a design gel on my natural nail. First off... my soul is literally screaming at me to gate keep this place I had probably the best salon experience ever here. It was my first time and I'm already looking at designs for next time. These ladies were so sweet, friendly, and they took their time with the service. Nothing felt rushed, I didn't feel like a burden being there like other salons and the quality of their work is unmatched. Marielle had done my pedicure and it was so relaxing I was falling asleep. Gabby did my gel-x set and I'm so in love with how it turned out, I thought almond wouldn't look good on me but she definitely changed my mind. Came by on a Monday afternoon as a walk-in and I was the only client there. I wanted simple short nails and showed the nail tech, Marielle, a picture of what I wanted and she delivered!! The cost of my nails were 45$. I asked for length as short as possible and rounded. Color is more pastel bubble gum pink and with glitter. Picture doesn't do the color justice! I work in healthcare and simple short and clean is what I like. The location is in the plaza right next to Safeway so plenty of parking available. The salon is really clean and looks newly renovated. It is a family run business, a mom and her two daughters. There are technically only two nail techs so be sure to call ahead and see if they can take you as a walk-in or if you need to make an appointment. I would be back again as the location is more convenient than driving and finding parking downtown, clean, professional, good pricing, and the owners are sweet! WORST PLACE EVER!! Don't waste your time or money. I have never had a worse experience than at Trifecta. There customer service is terrible, they don't even greet you, I spent 45 minutes just for them to remove my gel polish, all while using a toothpick. The whole appointment lasted 2 hours. Marielle left my nails looking bumpy and not smooth at all. My nails are now so fragile that 2 have already broken and the rest are bending and it hurts terribly. I got charged $60 for such a lousy job. Never going back to them. Don't even bother going there, such a scam. read more

Wanted to give this place a try because it's so close to my house. I go to woodland for a $40 full set but thought hmm the extra $15 at this place ($55) can be worth it for the convenience and it wasn't. It took about 2 hours to get a full set (in woodland it takes 40 minutes) and the nail tech at this place said her clients nails last 3-4 weeks. Day 9 a nail broke. Went to go get it fixed for $10. Day 12 two new nails have broken. So I paid an extra $15 for more of my time to be wasted and nails that can't even last 2 weeks. seems like all the techs at this place are beginners so the price imo is not worth it at all. read more

I was walking around the area and came across the salon. It caught my attention because of how pretty and clean it is also they are super friendly. I asked for the menu and chose to get a facial. The girl was super nice and was explaining how it's a family own business. The whole time she payed attention to my skin and was telling me what products she was putting on and what they help with.
