This is a favorite breakfast spot for my kids so we hit it up on a Saturday morning. My son in law warned me that Sandy's is popular and wait times can be long on the weekend. We arrived and put our name in, there was a 20 minute wait. Since my grand daughter was sleeping we waited in the car for our table. It was ready in 15 minutes so early. I ordered off the a la carte menu to sample several items. Biscuit and Gravy and cinnamon roll were excellent. Good bacon and 2 scrambled eggs. We enjoyed our food and the service was great. We'll be back again. Kitchy motif with lots of western / cowboy types of items on the walls

Good service, pretty quick considering how busy they always are in there and to go orders, cute homey ambiance, food is definitely filling and hearty

Service: 5+, "Kat" our server was so friendly and helpful. She was slammed this morning, but you wouldn't know it from the way she served us! Near the end of our time, another server brought by fresh chocolate chip cookies, still hot from the oven! Food: 4.5, I loved my spinach, onion, mushroom, sausage and cheese omelet! The hash-browns were pretty good but not over-the-moon good. My wife and friend shared a huge cinnamon roll that they couldn't all eat, but did say it was heavenly! Everyone remarked about the huge portions. Ambiance: 5, Classic diner chic, tin signs on the walls, framed Gazette reviews of Sandy's, old hardwood paneling. The place was clean as a whistle! It is noisy, but a happy people kind of noise! Although the place was really busy mid morning on a Saturday, no one waited more than five minutes for a table. Sandy's has ample staff and they knew their jobs. We are coming back soon after looking at their lunch menu!

Sandy's is a hole-in-the-wall gem serving up classic diner fare in a no-frills, kitschy atmosphere that honors the area's cowboy heritage. Everything comes in ample portions and is prepared to perfection. Breakfasts are the star here and there is the traditional selection of eggs, pancakes, and southwest entrees. Today, we had the eggs benedict as well as the huevos divorciados. We also had the cinnamon roll which is a 'must-have' complement to any breakfast dish. We also need to commend the service which is prompt, attentive, and on-target. Despite being a full house, our coffee never got less than half full which is the mark of excellence. Sandy's is a straight forward breakfast nook that deserves your business.

Went for lunch this time. Tried the Reuben sandwich and a side of the Green Chili. The Reuben meat was tough very dry/overcooked. Would not order again. The green chili was ok.

A COS Classic! Very generous portion sizes for the price and pretty tasty too. Small inside so be prepared for a bit of a wait. But very fast and nice service!

Great family style restaurant! The most friendly and attentive staff you'll find anywhere. They even bring around trays of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies while you wait for your food. Literally can't beat it anywhere. Also, beware...their portions are huge! Like 6 egg-breakfast burrito big! Don't be ashamed to share or plan on taking a to-go box. But either way you're going to have a great time at this community staple!

Sandy's is a basic diner. No thrills. The house hot coffee was good. The french toast was dry and thin like it was pressed on the grill with a spatula. I like a more fluffy and eggy french toast. The homefries were bland. We also got a small cinnamon roll for the table. It was pretty big, but it was bland and so dry. The only thing that saved it was the massive amount of icing poured on it. The table next to us got the larger cinnamon roll, and it was gigantic. Pricing was reasonable. The coffee service was great. The servers came by plenty of times for refills. I live 20 mins away but was in the area for archery. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to return.

This was our second time in and the service from Yuri was amazing and much appreciated. The food is cooked to order and bring your appetite. We will be back when visiting from Arizona.

I'm so happy I found this restaurant! My family and I enjoyed the food, The service was quick, and they were so nice despite it being so busy. We cant wait to come back and try more of the menu :) I'd definitely recommend it eating here if you get the chance.

We sat down and waited at least 15 mins before a server acknowledged our presence. Then another few mins until he took our mimosa orders, then another 10 or more until they arrived. Waaaayyy too long for initial drinks at ANY restaurant! We ordered food as soon as our drinks hit the table (~30 mins after being seated), and enjoyed out drinks for quite some time until realizing it was AFTER 12pm and no sight of our food or waiter and the place was about half empty at that point. A manager finally came by to apologize for the delay, but didn't offer to comp our drinks or food or anything! Another 10mins or so later and we finally got our food. The Smoked Salmon Benedict was very very smoky flavored and I even ordered the salmon separate by from the actual benedict part of the dish as a precaution, but the smoke flavor overtook the entire dish. For $19, it had no hash browns included, and I wasn't paying $6 more for fried potato strings. My daughter had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and both were absolutely phenomenal! The pumpkin bread French toast was just pumpkin bread with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, not real French toast with pumpkin spun into it. Not impressive. Overall, the staff was very nice and the dining areas super cute, but the prices and wait time and lack of management correction make this a place I likely won't be trying again anytime soon.

It's a beautiful set up, it reminds me of a greenhouse there's large wooden tables, & smaller black tables in a glass encased area with several hanging plants. There are also many table/booth combinations inside. We ordered: Hobo sandwich with seasoned cubed potatoes Slice of quiche Side of season potatoes Beet salad (added grilled chicken) An iced tea Spicy chai Total was close to $80 average for brunch definitely not terrible once you see the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. Tasting it all was amazing - flavorful, thoughtfully prepared & great attention to detail including sourcing great ingredients and using the correct spices! This has been put on our no list now. When we ordered today, my son asked about Caesar salad and the woman at the counter did not say that they didn't have them. Then when they brought the food out, she said it's not an option. Why not say it when we ordered. Last time my bowl was missing the goat cheese, and I had to ask for it. I also added chicken and mushrooms to my bowl and I literally received about 5-6 mushrooms, which equals more than a dollar a mushroom. This time, my side salad was supposed to have balsamic and had another dressing. My son had the burger and said that the consistency was weird. My other son had the same sandwich he always has and the bread was different, though the menu didn't indicate that it was.

I was worried it would be too sweet (it was a little sweet), but the brown sugar cinnamon syrup they make really balanced it out. It was so good. It was creamy, dreamy, and the caramel was decadent. I didn't get any food--just the coffee unfortunately, but I do plan on coming back! $7.25 (I think) for a latte is a bit pricey, but the drink is really good.
