Everyone was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable .... buying motorcycles and powersports is not always the easist or the best experience, but PEAK and all the people I worked with - all get 5 stars! Mario in Sales called in follow up to my interest in an ATV/UTV and was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in helping me figure out which one. He and his team were very fair, clear, and transparent with pricing and fees, and simply the entire experience was perfect. I ended up poking around the website one night later and called the next day and bought a second bike ... they made it so easy and compelling. Special thanks to Mario Salas in Sales who was just great. I live up in the CO mountains and we were able to arrange delivery and we did all our dealings by phone, text, email, super easy. Mario even made and sent me an overview video of my my Honda Pioneer 700, and love my fun Honda DAX. Thanks as well to Justin, the GM, Nathan in Finance, and the service manager and the delivery fellow ... all made this entire transaction perfect and communication was simply perfect. Being remote would probably be challenging with most dealers, but not PEAK, they made it easy. I was waiting to get everything delivered and checked out before writing this review, and now that it's all done, again ... it was a perfect expereince in every way. I can't say how happy I am, how easy they made it, the great selection, the professionalism, 110% credit to everyone at the shop, especially Mario, but really to everyone at the dealership. The GM Justin was just great, the finance manager Nathan could not have made the paperwork easier, honest and clear, service manager helped arranage delivery and had perfect communication, and the gentleman who delivered my new bike and UTV had perfect communication as well. They got us in and out pretty fast. I brought a phone and headphones because I figured we would be there for hours. We even got them to give us a bow because I had been looking for one and no luck. They have a selection of bikes and they have a great snack bar for customers. I had never seen anything like it. The part's people seemed friendly but they were hard to locate. First time here. He found them online and we drove out to see the Africa Twin motorcycles they have. The map took us through a parking lot of a shopping center. Weird configuration. Small parking lot in front. Greeted when we entered the store. He saw the Africa Twins but they were not the color he's looking for. However, he was able to check out the bike and reinforce his decision to get one eventually. The sales person was friendly enough but overall I felt that they were humoring us. The greeter followed us when we went to the bathroom as if to ensure we weren't going somewhere off limits. They also charge shipping and handling charges of over $1000 in addition to the price of the bike. Guess they didn't think we were serious about purchasing a bike. I wanted to buy a top-end Honda Snowblower, we get several 3ft snowfalls during the winter. I know these are hard to get. There are few places in the area that carry Honda snowblowers, but I thought my best chance would be to try a Honda dealer that sold power equipment. I was pretty much blown off by the person to who I asked for help... basically told there was no way possible to order one, and I'd have to wait until October, and if I'm lucky they would have them in stock. He was rather abrupt, with no sales skills whatsoever and no personal interaction skills at all. I know now that when I'm looking for a new 4-wheeler next summer, this is not the place to go. This is a reason to shop online and skip the rude and unhelpful salespeople. This is the sort of brick-and-mortar store that won't last. They won't get a penny from me. read more

We've been considering getting a Navi for a little while and finally decided to go for it. I called around to a couple dealerships to see what they had in stock and what the out the door price would be for that day as we had cash in hand. none of those interactions were bad per se but when I called peak, Marsha answered the phone and not only gave me a comparable out the door price, but also the breakdown of what all that entailed. They also had what we were looking for in stock. When we walked in, she greeted us and helped answer any questions we had. If there was a question we had that she was unsure of, she got the answer from someone who did know. We made the decision to get the bike, she walked us through as much paperwork as she could before handing us off to Justin to finish up & pay. (she also kept us in the loop while we were waiting for him to finish up with people in front of us and walked us around to introduce us to the gentleman who could help if we needed different parts, and the gentleman who could help for service). Justin was fantastic - he knew what he was doing and answered any questions we had. When we needed a second to deliberate on some additional coverage options, he was patient and understanding. Because we were slated to get our motorcycle license that week, we were unable to take the bike home that day but they worked with us to get it delivered within the next couple days. When it was delivered, the time was exactly in the time slot that they had offered. Ian was very friendly and did a quick run-through of anything we needed to know or might be unsure of. Since then, we have waited for the title in order to register and we're confused about the process - I called and Marsha explained the process and because we're waiting on the County and that seems to be taking a minute, she let us know that if our temp plate expired, to let them know and they'd get us another one until the county came through. We are planning on getting a cycle in the future, and this will be the first place we check out when we're ready. Great customer service all around. read more

My girlfriend and I went in last Friday to take a look at a motorcycle. Right from the beginning it felt like we were treated as second class buyers because we're young. The staff were very inattentive, disinterested and rude. This was all after we had made spoken with a salesperson over the phone. When we arrived, that salesperson was speaking with another client. Okay, that's fine. We were passed off to another person who was just as disrespectful and seemed to want to pressure us OUT of buying a motorcycle. We made an appointment to come back a few days later to purchase the bike, and the salesperson we spoke with never entered our information, and they sold the motorcycle we were interested in without ever scheduling the appointment we asked for, or even notifying us. I know car and motorcycle dealerships are already predatory, but this has got to be the sleaziest business I've encountered so far. They made us both feel stupid and unwelcome. Perhaps the easiest sales experience we ever had! Went in looking at a new '21 Honda PCX scooter for my wife. Didn't really think we would buy on the spot, but we did! We've been shopping around and knew pretty good what was out there. We've done our homework! Almost bought at Fey Meyers on a 2020, but they were WAY out of line on their price. (Fey Meyer added nearly $1k to their MSRP and then added all the fees such as freight, etc.) Peak Honda had their last 2021 at $201 below msrp. Freight was about half of Fey Meyer and set up was less. Saved about $1500.! Needless to say, we bought the '21 PCX! Our salesman, Paul Dayton, was fun to work with. No pressure, no hassle. The finance manager, Justin Casteel was also very cool and a pleasure to work with! (we paid cash) From stepping in the door to driving out with the bike on the truck, was about 90 minutes! Arrived with cash and intent to buy a motorcycle that night. Looked at some bikes outside in front with another couple who was by themselves. No sales person never came to ask if we needed help. Decided to go inside to make my presence known. No one at the front desk. No one ever approached me as I looked. The front desk woman and a gentleman came and went a couple of times at the front desk but never came over to where I was interested in a bike or acknowledged me. They looked distracted. I figured maybe it was just they were in fact busy - but they weren't given there were only two people including me in the showroom. So I gave them more time and went outside to look and then again back into the showroom to see if I could find someone. No one available or nearby. Eventually I shook my head and left after waiting. I was frustrated because no one ever acknowledge my existence. Never tried either with a word or even eye contact. Very in-attentive and could've cared less whether I was there. This is an excellent place to go for service if you want to be lied to, spoken down to, manipulated, accused of stealing, waste a bunch of your time and money, and never get your equipment repaired. I brought a couple of Honda generators in early this summer to get serviced. One is a 6500, which was running but sounded a little rough, so I thought it might need a tune up, and the other is a 2000 that I though might be low on fluids. As soon as I arrived I backed my pickup to the bay door, then crawled into the back of the p/u to maneuver the generator to my "Tommy" gate, and to lower it down to the ground, so I could wheel it into the service department. Immediately, one of the sales "guys" started saying to me "Gurl! I can't believe you can actually back up a p/u", and a whole slew of other similarly insulting remarks always prefaced by "Gurl!" I'm 52 yrs old, and I haven't been a "Gurl" in a long time, but I dismissed him as being a classic, white, redneck idiot, and essentially told him to shut up, then moved onto the service department. I had made an appointment with service, and was told when I made the appointment I would most likely be able to wait while service looked over the generators and gave me some sort of an idea of what might be wrong and how long it would take to fix the problems. Immediately that story changed, and the generators would have to be left there. I asked how long it would take to trouble shoot the problems, and the answer was a mumble of we really don't know because our manager isn't in right now, so here's a service tag and we'll call you. So, after 2 weeks and no call I called them. I was informed that they didn't have any idea when they could get to the equipment to even do a estimate. This went on for at least 6 weeks. Every time I would call about the generators I would get the run around about "well, gee you could talk to the manager but he isn't here right now", so i would leave a message. Which, of course would never be returned. After 7 weeks I told them I was on my way down to pick up the generators and demanded they give them back. Instantly they said, "oh we are looking at them right now and we will call you will results". so I waited a couple more days, only to learn that they wanted to replace the battery and the motherboard in the 6500. The repairs they insisted it needed were going to cost over $1000 for the motherboard based on some weird E-21 error code, and over $250 for the battery, which they said was testing low. When I questioned the error code they said it was because they couldn't keep it running now. Which meant that the generator was in worse shape after they worked on it! I told them NO under no circumstances are they to do anymore work on my equipment, I would pay them for the work they did, and I want my equipment back. I went and got the generators and paid the open invoice of $255.26. At that time, I was told that the 6500 would run better after they worked on it but it still had an error code that would require a new mother board. They also tried again to pressure me to replace the battery. I got it home and started it up. It blew a puff of white smoke out the back, let out a loud bang and quit running. So, I immediately called the Manager to see what was going on. He told me that the service department should have told me not to use it in the condition it was in. Then he proceeded to accuse me of stealing my generators back, and that I had not paid the open invoice. I gave him the repair order invoice number #303706 to prove that I had paid, then he admitted he hadn't even checked the paid invoices from the day prior. Unbelievable. Every time I have spoken to this man he was condescending, rude, and made disparaging remarks about his staff. I was going to northern WY the following week, so I ended up taking this generator and the error code to Valley Motor in Sheridan Wy. Manny in the service department there looked at it while I waited and discovered that they had put it back together incorrectly, and pinched a wire in the process. Thus the weird error code. The battery also tested fine. The only way I can describe Peak Honda is absolute incompetence at every level. Poor customer service doesn't begin to cover the shoddy way they treat customers, and I cannot believe that they treat their employees any better. Why they are still in business is mystery to me. read more

I am out of state but found a used bike for sale online and initially spoke with Justin over the phone about it. Due to him taking the time to work with me, answer my questions, offer great follow up information, and an upfront and fair price for the bike sold me on the bike and him/ the dealership to do business with. I am interested in getting a bike. Maybe a scooter. Don't know--I've never owned before. Went in about a month ago and after 15 min of looking around, a salesman finally made his way over to me and asked if I needed help (there was maybe one other customer in the place). Like most folks I'd done some online shopping and had a model in mind. I asked if they had any in stock and he replied "nope, we don't have any". And left it at that. Didn't offer to see if one was available to order. Didn't offer an alternative. He just left it at that and apparently considered his job done. But wait. It gets better. I returned a month later with my son who DOES ride and my wife (who already signed-off on the idea). As a group we looked for a solid 15-20 min. Sat on multiple bikes. Standard, active shopping activity. Not one person EVER approached us; there were no less than five salesman on the floor if you counted the one eating at his desk/stand in the middle of the showroom. One bad experience might be an anomaly. Two is just bad service and lazy management. The only deduction I can make is that they are selling so many bikes, they don't need to make an effort. Sales guy was fine, sales mgr as well. Here's the deal - they sold me a SxS, delivered as promised, then 6 weeks later I get a call from the sales guy asking me to give him the VIN number on the vehicle. Turns out they filled out the paperwork incorrectly and told me I'd have to turn my vehicle to be swapped with the "correct" one - same model, same year, everything identical....except I'd already done a bunch of work to mine. Long story short, they swapped the vehicle, backed off their commitment to replace my accessories with higher quality accessories, did a poor job on the re-installation, and swapped out the dash board so that the vehicle I had put several miles on now had the brand new vehicle's odometer showing almost no miles on it. Then the service tech tried to lie about it all until I showed him photos proving my claims. When I ask him about the ethics of selling my used vehicle as new, with an odometer that reflects inaccurate mileage, he changed his tune and asked if he could switch out the display to show the correct data! For my trouble they offered a "discount" on my first service.....like I'd let them touch my Honda after their comedy of errors! Stay away...seriously...the sales dept seems ok, but the service department is dangerously bad! read more

Had a great experience working with Larry Wall in sales. Patiently educated us about Honda ATVs, clear and frank about pricing, speedy process once we agreed on price. Added snowplow, which took about a week, but timely given the time of year. Larry delivered the ATV to our house (a neighbor with a trailer was out of town and I couldn't borrow it) free of charge (we live 35 miles west of Denver). The ATV itself runs like a top and snow removal has become fun instead of a chore. Highly recommend Larry Wall and the dealership thus far has met every commitment it made to us. read more

They put a winch and snowplow on the unit and insisted I pay for it though it was never listed in the advertisement. This set-up added over a thousand to the price. Short story: Took 45 days to fix an O2 sensor and an oil leak which were covered under a powertrain warranty. Turns out it just sat at the dealer for the first 28 days. Staff were terrible about communication and lied multiple times about when the bike would be done. No sense of urgency and couldn't care less about the customer. I would advise anyone reading this to NEVER go to Peak Honda. Long story: I recently purchased a used Italian motorcycle from here. The only issue I had with the purchasing experience is that they lost the spare key. The key has an immobilizer, so its not cheap to replace! I felt a little bit pressured into the purchase, but that could've just been my inexperience in purchasing from dealerships. With my purchase came an in-house 90-day powertrain warranty (staff are super vague about what this covers). After about a month of ownership, I got a check engine light for an O2 sensor. Rather than buy them OEM $250 sensor and replace it myself in an hour, I decided to cash in on my powertrain warranty. It would take a little bit longer, but hey, it would be free! I dropped the bike off at Peak Honda and was told that they would bring it to a certified dealer (Fay Meyers) to service the bike. Matt also mentioned that it could be a little while because they were busy (2-2.5 weeks, he claimed). After a few weeks of not hearing anything, I called Matt, and was told, "The bike is still here. We haven't had any drivers available." The next few days, I continued to call back to ask for the status of the bike. I finally got tired of talking to Matt, so I moved up to the service manager, Roger. Roger reassured me, claiming he'd have my bike back to me by Tuesday (4 weeks after dropping off the bike). That was a load of B.S. On Tuesday, Matt called me to let me know that my bike had just been dropped off at Fay Meyers. Every time I called Roger for an explanation, he would tell me he was going to talk to Fay Meyers and then call me right back, which he always failed to do. At one point, I even spoke to the General Manager, to try to get a straight answer on when I would have my bike back. On day 38, Fey Meyers called me to tell me that my bike was done and ready to be picked up by Peak Honda. After a few days of not hearing from Peak Honda, I called Matt, who promised that I would have my bike the following day. Guess what? I called the next day and they "didn't have a driver available" again! It wasn't until day 45 that they finally got the bike, and I was able to pick it up. When I was picking up the bike, I told Roger that I wanted a document saying that the 45 days the bike spent at the dealership wouldn't count towards the 90-day powertrain warranty. After a little bit of huffing and puffing, he extended the warranty 45 days from that day (yeah, that's not the same as extending it by 45 days). He also made a comment about how some of the things that were done to the bike weren't supposed to be covered, but that he "helped me out." Thanks bro. Moral of the story is that these guys will feed you a load of crap over the phone, and not back it up. Assuming nothing goes wrong with my bike in the next 45 days, I will NEVER visit this place EVER again. read more

Horrible sales experience. Had to practically beg for call backs to spend $20k with them. I bought a new SxS with them, they screwed up the paperwork, then delivered it completely filthy. They promised to detail it and give a free oil change. After a promise of a 2 day turn around, I received it almost 2 weeks later. Service department slept in and couldn't deliver when they said and didn't notify me until they were supposed to have been here. Left a message for Terry (manager) still no response. SxS was dirtier than when they picked it up, and had smoke (presumably from the oil change burning off?) pouring up through seats after driving it for 10 minutes. Never have I received such crappy customer service from sales and service after spending $20k with them! read more

I read some reviews on here about Peak Honda World and was a little hesitant to give them a try. However they had a lightly used GoldWing that I was interested in but as it would happen I was out of town for a week. I asked my son to go over and take a look at the bike. He said it looked great and had no apparent issues. My son explained my problem to them about me being out of town and they agreed to accept a $250 deposit to hold the bike until I could get back into town. When I returned home and had a chance to look at the bike I was ready to buy. Nathan had initially helped my son and we sought him out again. Nathan was fantastic to work with. He already knew the sale was a done deal but he took a lot of time going over the bike and it's operation. I really appreciated the info since I had never ridden a GoldWing before. After signing all the papers the General Manager Pete came out and introduced himself. He gave me info on a websight that has a lot of helpful info regarding The GoldWing motorcycles. Then he came outside and gave me another series of tips and operational info about the bike. I left there feeling like I had made two new friends. Everyone in the showroom and accessory dept. Was very friendly and helpful. I personally cannot say enough about Nathan and Pete both. I've never had a sales person help me as much as these two gentlemen did. read more

Update: Tony has taken the initiative to get my ATV back in for repairs. He stressed to me that Peak Honda Littleton stands behind their product and I believe him. The issue was resolved in about 2 hours. Apparently the unit had a bad spark plug. The reason for just 3 stars is because I paid $5500 by check and youd think that between the service and sales teams they would make sure the job was done right from the start, especially when justin promised me the ATV would get a thorough inspection before I picked it up. And they had the ATV for 2 days before I picked it up. They didnt even have the plow attached, so I know it didn't get the inspection that I was promised. I appreciate the leadership up at Peak Honda. I appreciate how quickly and thoroughly Tony resolved my issue. But I dont appreciate the sales team. I dont appreciate Justin or Nate. I dont appreciate explaining to my customers that I didn't make my appointment. And as a result of this sales staff I'll never do business with the group at Peak Honda Littleton ever again. read more

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM HERE IF YOU NEED THEM IMMEDIATELY!! Find somewhere else to go for parts, anywhere else. Ordered a part for a customer's repair. Part was ordered on Friday 9/10, called today 9/17 and was told the part is still 4 DAYS AWAY!!! Asked what happened, was told that even though we ordered on Friday, they do not place orders on Saturday, AND they are closed on Sunday & Monday. Our part did not even get ordered UNTIL THE TUESDAY AFTER WE PLACED THE ORDER!!! Why wasn't the order placed or submitted or whatever on Friday, and why wouldn't you tell paying customers your order process so they can be informed and choose to go somewhere else? read more

Luckily, I ended up working directly with the Sales Manager who bent over backward to make it right with me. I'm very grateful for his assistance. My advice is to go in, take your time and really understand what you're getting into. The base price you're quoted is not the final number. There are a number of fees and add-ons that should be discussed and negotiated. Remember that no matter how friendly a sales guy seems, he's still a sales guy. Honestly don't go here they're crap. Took them 6 weeks for a job that should have taken 2 weeks. And some of the part aren't even the same as when I brought it there. Then had to wait 30 min for them to figure out what they quoted me and my insurance. And of coarse them starting off by ask for 2 grand extra then what they had quoted seeing if u know I'd pay that. read more

This is reference to the resent service I had with your shop. Although your staff was very customer service oriented and friendly they caused more issues than what I had bargained for. Below I have incorporated a time line of events, leading up to today: 22 Aug made an appointment to have tires changed (standard size 90 front 200 back) & just check out shifter & clutch for issues 24 Aug Was notified by Paul, that he wanted to put some better tires on it and I approved. (Not telling me it was going to be 120 on the front) 4 Sept Notified the bike was ready, drove it home had a rubber burning smell & rubbing sound coming from the front tire. Car following me let me know I had no brake lights or turning signal lights. Notified Paul he said he would send a truck on the 5th to pick it up & fix both issues & have it returned to me 5 Sept: bike picked up in the afternoon. 6 Sept: was notified the front tire issue resolved w/ Dremel to make room for the tire size, but I would have to pick it up myself (taking time off work & getting a neighbor to drop me off), However, brake light was still damaged, being frustrated & angry, took it anyway to repair myself 7 Sept: Checked all wiring was good, come to find out the LED lights were damaged. Had to order a new pair; NICECYCLE .com = $281.53 (264.94 +16.59 shipping) My issue: they had broken my rear LED brake/signal lights, something that was working fine prior and now they are not I have to purchase a new pair and uninstall the old and re-install the new. It took them 2 weeks to get my bike to me with a tire size too bike and a broke LED rear light on top of that, they removed the saddle bag, which I had to put back on myself, in my business clothes, since I came right from work! Being an authorized Honda motorcycle dealership, I expected so much more in service and care for my motorcycle and I didn't get it. Being that your shop was an official dealership, that was the only reason I brought my bike to your shop. I was expecting quick and quality service and I got neither. Took it for new tires that had issues and come out with a broken taillight/signal LED lights. When I returned from Afghanistan in 2010, I purchased that bike as a token of what I did overseas for my country, therefore I take pride in my motorcycle and the work I do on it myself and expect the individuals working on it to do the same. I have spent countless hours and money customizing and you guys just break it and have a poor quality in the service it received, not too forgot how long it took to have broken and half-ass completed. In the time you guys had it, I missed rides with veterans' groups and friends to honor the passing of military individuals and since I must wait for a new brake light to come in, there goes another week of riding time to enjoy the last bits of summer, especially since summers are not as long here as they are in other states. I suggest your shop do some sort of review (like what rental car agencies do) of the bike coming in to make sure everything is operation other than what needs to be repair and be held responsible for what damage was done from your shop and replace what was removed from the bike. I will no longer have any service done there and will advise others to stay away from your shop. It took way 14 days to have new tires replaced, while coming out with issues that took 2 more days and I still have issue with the bike....in which costing me more money out of my pocket to replace what your shop broke. read more
