My ride home was icy but the bike hummed!

It is more costly when having service done at a dealer- but, truly, in this case I know I got my money's worth. The service dept kept my bike for a week and walked through it entirely. New front fork seals, all new fluids, brakes checked, computer checked, everything. I was able to ride away on my new-to-me bike with assurance that everything g was right. Lindsay the service desk is awesome. She is thorough and funny. Everyone e there offers up a friendly face and asks what they can do for you. I highly recommend BMW of Denver

I've had amazing experiences with BMW of Denver. They've serviced all of my motorcycles for 10+ years. Bill has corrected and fixed my bike when other shops were at fault. They are very experienced and intelligent when it comes to service. I highly recommend them for all of your needs. From buying to service they make everything effortless. I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you guys for everything!

I first took my (vintage?) GS into BMW of Denver for a "free" recall repair BUT found much more work was needed AND they treated me so well I won't go anywhere else. I bought a used bike from a private seller and knew I needed new rubber drive train boots and a well-baby checkup. When I found out I had recalls (on a 16 year old bike), I booked my appointment. I knew the parts for the boots were about $200, so when they offered to do it for $400, I took the opportunity (I'd seen the youtube videos, it's an involved repair). I figured, if that cracked boot had compromised anything else (like the drive shaft), they'd find it. Now, I don't know how long that old boot had been cracked, but the $1500 drive shaft was toast. Previous owner had also broken the bottom bolt for the rear shock and that was broken and stuck in the $1300 swingarm (use a torque wrench and new bolts!). Bearings were rusted and hosed (probably from pressure washing - BTW: Tara said to NOT use pressure washers on our bikes (free tip there)). I say, BETTER to find all this out with the bike on the lift rather than some remote location. Bottom line, my bike is back in tip-top shape and for about $2500 I won't be stuck on the side of the trail with a broken bike. Many thanks to Steve Rumnock (Service Manager), Linda Salguero (Service Writer), and Taylor (Technician Extraordinaire). Taylor did top-notch work! He found everything and made my bike solid again. I truly appreciate the intelligent combining of labor since we had the whole back-end taken apart. Linda was great up front and the whole team is amazing with communication. My initial "dealer dread" has been turned into "dealer appreciation". I truly feel supported, valued, and cared for. 2007 BMW R1200GSA, 71K Miles

I had a really bad experience at another dealership and I was referred to this one I called on the phone asked a few questions and couldn't believe the quality of service that I received. It was exceptional. I do not remember the gentleman's name and service that assisted me but the sales representative Alex was fantastic. I went from hating the product that I purchased at another dealership to having some sort of respect for another dealership and the pride that they taken everything that they do. I will definitely recommend the shop and continue to visit the shop for any maintenance parts that I may need in the future. Thanks for all the help.

Just took delivery of a 2017 BMW 1200 GS Low Premium Triple Black. As a new rider, this was a comfortable and welcoming experience. Petko was very gracious and comfortable with by "new rider" questions concerning the bike, accessories, and gear. Bill was also welcoming and referred me to several people and resources to get me off and revving on my GS experience. If you're an experienced rider, or completely new to the game, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BMW OF DENVER AND ITS TEAM! See you around the globe!

My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.

I've worked in lots of garages -- automobile and motorcycle -- and I have never seen anyone work like John. He is methodical AND quick. I watched as he did the repairs and I have never seen anyone follow good practices and recommendations like he did. His price was reasonable for average work, low for his work. I contacted John at Moto Fix and gave a rough estimate just for the seal replacement and suggested if I wanted to save on labor cost I could remove the engine from the bike myself and just bring the engine in if I felt comfortable with doing that, which I did. Since the engine had to be completely disassembled I told John to do a "top end" and anything else that needs repairs, just keep me posted. John kept me updated and informed every step of the way. John is very meticulous and I feel he gave my bike the same care as if he was working on his own bike which is why I went to him in the first place because I don't much trust the big bike dealers repair shops. It did take a little time for John to get it done as he had a lot going on and he is basically a one man show but it was well worth the wait. The final cost with all extra work was very reasonable and slightly less than I was expecting
