So my wonderful friend had started Hone into Wellness. I was intrigued. I have to tell you, I have known him since he was a teenager. After having a conversation with him I decided I would at least try his program and see of it was helpful. Before Mary, nothing worked. My back always hurt me. But, Mary did an amazing evaluation and her treatment is excellent. She has taught me how to properly move my body so I don't get aches and pains. She has kept my back pain free for 10 years. She's also worked on my broken arm last year and my twisted ankle the year before. I now sit properly, walk properly and sleep properly.
