I explained we had a tight schedule and that we needed them to arrive by 9 am and that if they couldn't do that, I would call another company. They told me they could meet the time requirement, so I booked them and paid a deposit. The day before the move I got a message saying they would arrive between 10 and noon, so I called and reiterated the promised time. I was then told they would arrive between 9 and 9:30 am. They arrived at 10:16 am.

Dakota worked 2 days straight and Rebecca was with him on day 2. they swept and cleaned up after each workday leaving the workspace clean and cleared. They both were personable and engaging with the customer. They explained the process when I asked as they worked through the basement. Plenty of photo documentation of the work. They had a consistent and sustained work pace. In fact, their pace during the job was more than I would have been able to handle.
