She carefully reviewed my injury, how it happened and what my goals of recovery were, etc. She provided me with practical stretches to use at home, proper ways of rehabbing and suggestions about support/braces for when I start playing sports again. During the session manually massaged my ankle/leg, used cupping and stretched it out. It was like a was playing for the Wizards. I was blown away with how individualized the appointment felt.
