I reached out to Monster Pest Control after seeing some reviews here on Yelp, and I can 100% say that this company is a good company. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the process their company and workers went through to help in a situation like ours and answered more questions the second time we called to confirm an appointment. A man by the name of Mark showed up right on time at our house two days later for a free inspection. He was very jovial and informative. He quickly diagnosed which kind of ants we were dealing with and quoted us a very fair price and was able to treat the interior and exterior at the same appointment. He went out of his way to show us where he believed the ants were coming in from and some preventative measures we could take to not have this issue again. Then in six weeks, he comes back to sterilize the babies that have hatched from the eggs that had already been laid before the first visit.
