Dr. Thampoe has been my primary care for a year now. I can…read moresay that she is a very caring Doctor and knowledgeable about my condition and sets my plan accordingly. She is always listening and makes sure my needs are met. The staff is extremely friendly and professional! The Receptionist is on point! She always greets me with a smile. I can say that I would recommend the Doctor to family or friends! Keep up the good work Doctor! R.Worley

Poor all the way around! Takes on so many patients that she can't care for everyone the way she…read moreshould and doesn't even let you know or discuss with you that she won't give you enough of your medication anymore. The DEA sets a quota on how many controlled drugs doctors can prescribe. So, instead of being greedy and seeing way too many patients, she makes her patients suffer by dropping the amount of drugs she prescribes the patients. She also does not care if you hurt - OBVIOUSLY or she would find a way to honor the OATH she took as a doctor to do no harm. She will let you go through the withdraw I guess and not monitor you because dropping medication so drastically affects those of us with an actual medical condition that is permanent, be it pain and or ADHD. She could always have another doctor with an MD and their own DEA # to help her treat her patients properly but she won't do that. It would be too much professionalism! Which is it, HIPPOCRATIC OATH or is it Hypocrite Oath? I've seen Dr Thampoe for almost 2 years and I am stunned at how she's treated my husband for 3 years and just 2 weeks ago she dropped his meds significantly with. My appointment is this Thursday, what will she do with my knee pain medication? I'm scared and this is wrong!! I'm a 59 year old... not a child. Maybe this is why they call it a Medical 'Practice'.

Whatever you do, don't go to Village Medical. I'm caring for a 69-year-old man who started going…read morethere because it was so close to home. He didn't look at their reviews. Big Mistake! Every time he needed a new prescription, it became a huge hassle. You need to call 2 to 3 days in advance because doctors won't stop what they are doing to refill your prescriptions. Its only done at the end of the day. God forbid if you forget and call in two days before you need them. I needed a refill on my prescription, so I called in the prescription mid-day on the 9th of January, which was a Friday. I only had enough pills to get me through the 11th, which was a Sunday. Consequently, I called Village Medical to get my meds called in asap. That did not happen! We did not get those pills until Tuesday because we had to call in again on Monday. What a hassle!! I cant enter this complaint until I give at least one star. Consequently, I have given them one star so that you can read my review

Village Medical is as crooked as they come!! If didn't have high blood pressure before you came you…read morecertainly will when you get the bill! The billing department, the practice, they're here for your money! They will not help you with a dispute, they will not adjust a thing. I went in for my well check-up and they charged me for an additional visit, when nothing was done! They charged me for an additional 25-39 minute visit on top of my visit, the doctor was in the room for 11 minutes!! They also charges me for subsequent observation which according to the definition of the code that, I am in her daily care, which is just another lie! Village medical policy states that you will work with people that have a dispute over your inaccurate billing except all that you do is evade your own rules and procedures. Thugs and thieves!! Zero Stars!! "Press #4 if you're an attorney", being sued much?? Medical Upcoding is a Federal Crime according to the FBI, upcoding is a form of health care fraud. Upcoding occurs when providers bills for services at a higher level than what was provided. This can lead to fines and imprisonment. I love to see them serve jail time for their crimes to people of our community!! Be outraged!! I can't wait to see this place go out of business!
