Very nice + great products. Olivia was awesome. Not only is she kind, but she knows how to handle curly hair and cuts it with precision/style. I went in for full highlights as well, and they are fabulous!! Totally blended and thin - exactly what you want. Love love love it. Also - a style is included with the cut! Being from New Jersey, I immediately booked a flight to view our wedding venue in TN and get my hair done to see if Ashleigh was the one for our big day. I walked into the salon and immediately loved it. Ashleigh has trendy decor lining the entire salon which made a huge difference to me and was very welcoming. I felt like I was back at home in a trendy NYC style salon but with friendlier people :) I added on to my service and she was very sweet to accommodate my request. In nearly 90 degree humid weather, she was able to make my hair look beautiful for our engagement photo session despite the weather challenge. I was happy with my cut when I left, but we all know you look fabulous the minute you get out of the chair, so the real test is how it looks when you get home and try to recreate the style. That's where this haircut shines. I communicated up front that I'm not someone who wants to spend a lot of time on my hair, and she delivered a shoulder length cut that looks great air dried. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable at the salon immediately. Liv, my stylist, knows her stuff and really loves her job - and it shows! Her energy is happy, and inclusive. Liv has a gentle touch and offered great suggestions for my cut and color, pulling from her depth of knowledge about all things hair! Miss Shawna is the absolute best hair dresser. I let her take the wheel and drive. See before and after photos. From long to short with dramatic color. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Especially during the pandemic or on a boat or in the car. She's amazing. She is absolutely a pleasure and a delight. Definitely the one to go too. A++++

Pretty bad experience there today…read more First, when I walk in, there is one girl working (obese redhead with blonde highlights)... and what is she working on? Her Avon business, she is meeting with some avon people. I bet you her boss doesn't know that she is conducting a side business on company time, but that is her boss's fault for allowing her to work unsupervised. So I wait for them to finish up. My haircut is pretty simple, 2 on the sides, inch long on top, I'm a guy, simple. I've never had someone not realize what it is when I say that before. She did the bottom of the sides in a two then cut the top (I should also say, she tried to get me to go with clippers on top instead of scissors which we all know is a lazy move). And she wanted to be done, and I pointed out that it needs to be the whole sides a two, something I've never had to explain before. When I mean the sides, I mean the sides, not the bottom inch and a half of the sides. So she does that, and it looks okay from the front. But just now at home looking in the mirror I see a line and I realize she forgot to go back and blend, and then I also realized (belatedly) I was not offered a hand mirror to see the sides or back for approval, who forgets that? I don't have a hand mirror here at the house (again, guy), for all I know she carved a swoosh back there.The second time she "finished" she didn't even ask if I liked it, she just started taking the gown off. One of the laziest haircuts I've had, I generally like to support Red Bank businesses, and I use three other businesses in this strip mall by the Food City, but I think I'll avoid this place from here on out.
