I drove up from Florida to spend Christmas with my family in Hixson, and decided to get my hair cut while there. My hair was in dire need of being cut well and I haven't been able to find a good stylist where I live in South Florida (also, the good stylists charge an arm and an leg). Sparklez had such good online reviews, and was so reasonably priced, I decided to go there. Best decision ever. Jessie cut my hair so well that it styles itself even without my using a blowdryer. My hair was fairly long and entirely shapeless, but Jessie worked her magic, and I can't remember the last time I was so pleased with a haircut. I truly love it. I plan to have it trimmed every so often where I live in Florida, but to get actual cuts from Jessie the two to three times a year I'm in Hixson. Thank you so much, Jessie. I was at this hair salon Friday afternoon, I didn't have an appointment but I walked in anyways to ask for a consultation, the owner welcome me like she knew me forever, then asked me to have a seat and offered drinks, I wait until she finished her client, then she turned that client to the mirror and the client started crying, I thought omg I am walking out of here, then she start talking about how beautiful she looks and she asked the owner if she could hug her, so I stay and, I decided to make an appointment just for a hair cut, and she came early sat just to do my hair and I am not disappointed, best hair cut ever, she is so friendly, and the price was just right,, my hubby love my new hair style, thank you jess you are the best. read more

Today was a happy day for me. I'd been long overdue for something flattering on my head, and I never get what I ask for. But today -- Today that all changed! Jessie gave me the rock 'n roll curls I've been wanting for forever! I got long, loose, spiral curls that are easy to care for and didn't break my budget. I had a good time while I was being taken care, offered all kinds of beverages and even homemade treats! The mood of the place was jovial and friendly. Jesse is simply amazing. First she allowed my child to play with a maniquin head to style hair at there request. Then she offered us drinks which is really nice considering her prices are so low. She had to witness my child getting sassy and argumenative and didnt seem annoyed at all. Her skills are amazing i was shocked with the color transformation along with the styling she insisted to do on top of the color and cut going over her normal buis hours just to go above and beyond for me. Jesse is an amazing hair dresser! The first time I went to her, my hair was breaking and falling out from a diy bleaching mishap. She fixed my color and suggested we cut it in a stack. I didnt think I would like having short hair but I knew I had to let her do it. It has been a year now and I still get her to do the same hair cut! My hair is healthy again and I get more compliments on it than I ever have! She has been very honest with me about what my hair can handle and I completely trust her! I called to make an appointment to get my brows shaped before a trip and was worked in quickly. The salon was cute and Jessie listened to my previous bad experiences of brow disaster and advised me on her opinion of what would be best for my face shape and brow type. I trusted her to do her thing and she even gave me a makeup tutorial on filling in my brows to look better. Jessi and Mao are artists!! My teen daughter and I had our hair cut, colored and styled last weekend and we have never been more impressed by two stylists. Jessi is welcoming, friendly, and obviously an expert in hair color. She's also incredibly honest.
