After waiting 2+ hours for our insurance roadside assistance who never showed, we were advised to call Hilly's. I will forever be grateful that we did. Not only was Dom able to get our GMC Sierra towed and to a safe place for repairs, but he even came back the next morning and helped us replace the entire wheel. Ended up needing to remove the axel among other things, with the limited amount of tools we had. Dom brought everything we needed (and made a quick trip to the auto store to get what we did not have). While my 4 year old son and I stayed busy in the dirt ski lot across from Winter Park, Dom and husband got to work at 8am and we were back on the road by 12pm! Their website states "full of good, kind people who know how to treat customers with care and respect." This statement could not be more true or accurate. There are still good people in the world and I am grateful for Hilly's not only saving the day, but being so kind to my family. Thank you.

Never got called with updates as the car was in the shop for about a month. I strongly recommend finding someone else. This was a horrible experience for me and my family. I was looking desperately for a safe place to spray my car when i came across an old forum and found a one that said there was a place in Arvada that rented booths. I new it was a long shot for renting a booth as there aren't any companies that rented them but decided to call the number for the Body Works Custom Painting and i left a message stating that i was looking for a booth and to my surprise Steve called me back a few days later. He said he could rent me their booth for a reasonable price and we set a date when i could paint my car. I was excited but kind of nervous to paint my car because i hadn't painted in over 30 years but needed to paint it so i set the date for the rental. When it came time for me to spray my car i got there bright and ready. It was all masked and ready to go but i had my reservations about my ability to paint successfully and got the idea to ask them what they could paint my car and Justin gave me a price and decided right then to have them paint it for me. I figured i would have to come back another day to have it painted but Justin asked their terrific spray man Marc if he could squeeze me in. Marc said he could paint it that same day. I couldn't believe they could do it that day because Justin said they were booked through September. Well Marc gave me an awesome paint job and it came out Beautifully. So to sum up - THe Staff at Body Works Custom Painting painted my old Subaru as if it were a custom job and treated me with great kindness and if you can get them to do your car take it. They quickly and professionally helped me get the proper clearance for my oversized tires (315/70R17) after the shop that installed my suspension wasn't able to do so and two other shops declined to even try. Ian, the tech who did the work, even suggested we go out for a test drive together before I left to be sure I was happy with the work. Oh, and the CEO was super nice and helped me get a charging cord for my Mac when my battery ran out of juice. This is simply a best-in-class organization.

Upon…read morefurther research and reading the engine code, I came across a warranty service bulletin to replace the water pump. I took my vehicle in for service and was very pleased with the help from Jovan Sisneros. Unfortunately, the problem I was experiencing turned out to be a punctured radiator behind an area of the bottom front grill which was completely unshielded and exposed. I was informed that my problem was due to a road hazard (not a poorly designed grill) and the work would not be covered under warranty. I expressed my concern about this and also highlighted some price discrepancies in the invoice that was sent to me. I requested to talk to the Service Manager, Ryan Melnick, and he was completely unsympathetic and would not provide any sort of discount or explanation for this repair. He even stated that he had seen this problem before in other GV70s but said that all vehicles (like his BMW) have design flaws that are unaddressed. In the end, I was billed almost $3000 for an oil change, new water pump and new radiator for a car with 20,000 miles and which is less than 3 years old! I think that Genesis should address the design flaw and that this dealership should be more understanding of the huge out of pocket expense that customers are being subject to. Ryan was especially unhelpful in this situation and so I am sorry to have to write this poor review. I love this car but this issue has made me have second thoughts about keeping it.

The salesman who met me was very nice and the test drive went really well. I think he could tell I liked the car because he decided to get financing information for me right away. There is really no stopping a salesman who is on a mission so I let him do his thing. He asked me what it would take for me to buy that car right then and I told him that if they dropped the price it would be the car I would buy. He asked me if I had plans after that and I said that I was thinking of going to Longmont to test drive a Forester because they had some there and I hadn't driven one yet and I wanted to see if that was a good fit. I was honest, which was apparently my first mistake. His boss came in and told me that they don't put up with my kind of "ya ya crap" whatever that means. I guess they didn't like that I wanted to be an informed consumer and make sure I was buying the vehicle that was the best fit for my needs. I am looking for decent ground clearance and a lot of cargo room, Forester fits that description. After that the manager proceeded to bully me and try to make me feel stupid for not buying that Volkswagen right then and there and for even thinking of test driving another vehicle. I don't think I have been talked to so horribly in years, I felt like crying. It was hands down the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. I think it's terrible to verbally abuse customers when you are trying to sell them a product, where is the sense in that? I'm not sure I'd buy a car from these guys even if they were willing to practically give it away. I was so disappointed because this was actually the best car I'd test driven yet, and I've been looking at cars for at least a month now. It's really sad because the salesman was really a dear, but I just can't abide by purchasing from a dealership where their main sales tactic is verbal abuse.

Rob is honest, knowledgeable, forthcoming, and trustworthy, and has never given me a reason to believe otherwise. If there is a problem, he addresses it directly. If there is an issue, he explains whats happening and suggests a fix. If it isn't critical, he explains why it's a "tomorrow problem" and not a "today problem". He addresses each item of repair individually, without suggesting or implying a bunch of other work is needed. He offers advice when prompted and has answered every question I have asked him....and there have been many. Owning a diesel isn't cheap. It just isn't. But I feel like he earns every dollar he charges, and does the work with integrity and transparency. I would recommend Rob and Maxtorq Diesel Performance 10/10 to anyone with a Dodge/Ram Cummins needing any kind of service work. Whether it be performance upgrades, regular maintenance, or major repairs. I trust him to do the work, and to get it done right.
