The cost of the project was similar to what I would have paid separate firms so I went with one company for convenience. The crew only sprayed moss killer on the roof - the dead moss was not removed. I checked the text quote I received for the roof and it was silent on whether the moss would be removed. The website is also not clear on this and I've had the moss removed with past services. It was my miss but be aware. The house wash was a very poor. The crew left dirt splatters in many, many places (this has nothing to do with the paint as the owner implies) and did not properly rinse their solution so I have spots that cannot be removed from our painted door and will require a repainting (no discount was offered). The crew did not follow clear directions to stay completely away from a wall of the house where we have many delicate plants. I had to run out to tell them to stop and got covered in bleachy water which ruined an expensive pair of shorts (no reimbursement offered). The pressure washing was the worst I've ever had. The driveway was not completed (areas missed) as 1/3 of the curb was cleaned and the rest untouched and the back patio had piles of debris left both on the patio as well as kicked up all along the retaining wall (which they were not asked to pressure wash). They left with the whole house pretty wet so I did not realize how poor the work was until things dried out. The most shocking thing is they ASK FOR A TIP. Folks I tip well. But when I pay almost $2K for a big outdoor maintenance service I do not ever expect to be asked for a tip. The company did come out and properly re-do the work (costing me another few hours of water use) but I still have to spend hours to repaint my door and an adjacent window frame. I also get nearly daily spams asking for reviews so here is mine. I have suspected and now confirmed (on googe reviews) that owner responses to reviews try to paint the bad reviewers as angry or not credible. I am not angry (just disappointed) and I am credible. You choose for yourself.

Concrete grows, roofs grow, things even grow on your cars when you're driving them. But I never really could find the time and I also didn't really know what I was doing. I didn't want to damage the concrete and I also wasn't sure how often I would have to do it or how much work would be involved. Eventually I started searching for a local company who could clean our embarrassingly mossy and living driveway and sidewalks. I saw a few companies but a lot of them seemed very much like hiring a neighbor to do it and I was a little concerned at the lack of insurance and bonding. I came across Northwest soft wash initially on a Facebook ad. I didn't think too much of it until it came across my feed in Yelp as well, so I went to their website to take a look. On a whim, I called and asked for a consultation and estimate. One thing I can say without any doubt is that they have the best customer service. There was actually a part of me that was worried that it was a scam because of how nice they were and how quickly they could get out to the house. After they took a look at the square meters that they would be pressure washing they sent me a quote. The quote was not the cheapest around, but it did offer a treatment that could reduce the speed of the moss growing back and you get what you pay for. So I agreed to the fee, paid a small deposit, and within less than a week they were out to pressure wash my concrete. Steven was super friendly and did an amazing job. He was out at our house for almost 4 hours really making sure that the concrete was clean and looked well. He also made a point to get the mud and Moss cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't just sprayed into the street. When I was paying for the service, I mentioned my gutters and he offered to get on the roof and look and take photos of it for me as well no charge. The customer service at this place is amazing and I highly recommend them. So far they have only pressure washed our walks and driveway, but I could definitely see utilizing them for gutter cleanings and roof cleaning in the future!

The job was easy to schedule with Andrew Torres, the owner, as he is an great communicator and very understanding of our needs. Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month. They have always done a great job outside and I was hoping they would do as well on the inside. I have to say I am extremely impressed at the quality of their work. My windows sparkle. They do the tracks, screens and the windows themselves. The three young guys were so nice, friendly and efficient. I asked them to be careful to not let my kitty outside and they watched for her in every room (and I got to see pictures of their kitties!) And the price, wow! They are so reasonable, I was shocked at the price for the excellent work they did. From now on, I will always have them clean my inside windows when they come to do the outside.
