My Mom loves them and I know they have amazing customer service when the called and stayed open late so she wouldn't be driving in the snow. This was my first visit to this spa. I was desperate for a pedi so I overlooked the run down appearance. I received a deep cut on the cuticle of my big toe which resulted in an infection as well as a lot of pain. I am currently on antibiotics. Also they were pretty grumpy. Never again read more

I have been going to this salon for years - always great professional-pampering service. The price is unbeatable! This is a FIND! Very quaint, personable, hard working women that really take pride in making sure your satisfied. I was excited to splurge and go to Spalon Montage in Edina a few days ago and walked away paying three times the price for less customer care and I washed my dishes the next day and my fingernail polish came off on a couple nails!! Best nail salon!! Everyone is so nice and they are never in a hurry. The last time I went they actually ran after hours to give my mom and I a gel manicure. Also the work they do there is fabulous!!! I went to this store for the first time a few weeks ago. I had never had a manicure done by a professional before, so I was unsure of what to expect. After my experience at this location, I am not sure I will ever get my nails done again, especially at this store. The man who did my nails was horribly unprofessional and had to re-do my friend's nails because he smeared them. Mine were done incompletely and looked so bad that I removed the polish the next day. He was on the phone while working on my nails and took his brief case and left the store while I was still sitting there, telling me to wait for another employee to pay. I was charged $17.00 for horrible service and nails my nephew could have done was left with awful deep divots in my nails from his work on my cuticles that are now growing out. I would never recommend this place. If you do go, avoid that guy. He was terrible. read more
