I was very lucky this salon had openings on a Friday morning the day before my wedding as a different shop refused to honor an appointment I had there. In 15 minutes my friend and I were walk-ins and we got seated right away. The ladies were so sweet! Only thing is that I wish the polish went all the way up to my cuticle and covered my whole nail. I just got engaged and my nails have been a crime so I decided to take a friend with me after a win at Mystic. The girl, Mary was great! Friendly without being too chatty. I'm not too fancy and don't like my nails to be too much so this is perfect for me. The price is $60 for dips which is high for me, but that is my only gripe. Would recommend! I got my nails done last Friday 4/22. I wanted a break from the gel nail polish, so I got a regular one. The manicurist had a bad attitude just because I didn't get the more expensive type of nail polish. Didn't even talk to me at all! My nails were already chipped on Saturday 4/23. I paid $31 dollars, tip included, and they said they don't guarantee their work. I don't recommend this place. Avoid! read more

I haven't been to this particular salon in years. The lady who did my manicure was Mary. I originally wanted a clear dip with gel polish overlay. She talked me out of it and told me to do one of the dips with the color already in it. I was a little skeptical at first, but I am glad she talked me into this. She made my nails look wonderful! She took her time and was very detail oriented. I think this is one of the best manicures I have had in a very long time. I will definitely be going back to visit Mary! Yay! I recently moved from Maple Grove to Shakopee and have been looking for a new nail salon. I've finally found it. I walked in and immediately noticed how clean, bright and sunny the salon is. So many of these places are weirdly decorated and dim and dusty. There were about 5 or 6 women working and every single one looked up at me and smiled. I had to wait about 10 minutes (I didn't have an appointment and it was late on a Friday afternoon) and I watched as everyone joked with each other. Not sure what they were all drinking but they were super happy, which was refreshing. Katie did my nails and she was awesome. She didn't try to make my nails too long and she was careful not to burn me as the last salon repeatedly did. Not once did I feel like I was on some nail conveyor belt - moving from station to station for each phase of my nails (yes, that happens to me a lot). Also, she was FAST. I think I was done in about 30-35 minutes - even faster than my beloved Sonny's Nails in Maple Grove! I ended up getting a pedicure since it was such a nice experience there. I'm not sure of the name of the woman who did it but she did an excellent job too. Very happy to have found my new salon out here! :) read more

I really really wanted this to be my go to nail place but for some reason I always get stuck with the same nail tech and have a bad experience each and every time. My second the last visit i thought I'd try this new powder dip fad , I'm a healthcare worker and I think if there is something that can keep my nails strong AND keep the color... I'm in! But the tech stacked the layers on until I looked like I had clubbed finger nails (nursing term - google for pictures) and the nails al peeled off within a week. Now this most recent visit I decided to go with the spa pedicure because I had a long work week and the promise of a 10 minute foot massage sounded like heaven .. welp I got the 3rd degree because I didn't want gel , there was a spec of old polish on and was charged an my foot massage extra 5 bucks to remove (I could have probably picked it off it was that tiny) and then my 10 minute massage ended up being , not exaggerating, 2 minutes. 1 minute leg at the most. I hate to complain but after working all week it would have been nice to just relax...hoping to find a forever nail place soon read more

Gel manicures from this salon last a full 2 weeks and I like how they soak the previous gel off instead of filing or peeling it which is not only uncomfortable, but makes your natural nails weak and thin. It's your typical Asian nail salon. I went in on a Thursday evening around 6pm. It was my first time trying this place. I was nervous it would be a long wait. Nope! They saw me right away. They had a few customers but weren't super busy. Didn't even give me a chance to pick out my color. I had to switch hands and look through the basket of colors while she worked on my nails. She didn't ask me the length or shape I wanted my nails. I was kinda surprised she just assumed I wanted them at the same length and shape I walked in with. She spent the entire time talking to her other nail technicians in Vietnamese. It's rude but I guess it's the norm since all the places that I've visited do this. She finished my nails in less than 30mins. The gel polish feels thin. It doesn't feel and look thick like other places that I've tried. I probably wouldn't go back. read more

Absolutely love this nail place. It is the only one I go to. And I live way over in Eagan. They have great service. I usually go for the pedicure and the massage chairs are great. The pedi tubs are always up to par and clean. They use new tools on every client and the work stations are neat. My only reason for a 4 star is because when you come in you never know when you will be serviced, they just ask you to sit down and that's it. read more

This was the second time I have ever gotten my nails done and I'm really picky when it comes to my appearances. I got a French gel manicure and they're perfect. The gal who did them was really nice. The salon was clean and fancy! The only thing I didn't like was that when I first walked in with my sister they asked us what we wanted to do and we had no idea. I made an appointment as I'm from out of town and this was the most convenient nail salon for me. Am I ever sorry I let them touch my hands. The girl that did my manicure took off so much of my cuticles, that I ended up going home and slathering antibiotic on them. I asked her what the heck she was doing and had her stop. I had to leave as my finger tips were throbbing. But, not before she made me pay her the $18 for a horrible experience. I truly don't think they have any idea of what they're doing. I have been a client at this particular Enails for several years. I have been fairly satisfied until my spa pedicure and manicure I received yesterday (12-9-13). I'm not sure which attendant performed the services on me, (I had never seen her at this Enails before) but from the get go - the water was cold in the pedicure bath. I asked that it be warmer. I was rushed through the pedicure and spa treatment. Because I wanted a manicure the attendant decided top place a wet towel she had used on my feet on top of my lap and proceeded to give my manicure while I was seated in the pedicure chair. I had to balance a bowl of water on my lap to soak my hands. Again the water was cold. The attendant rushed through the manicure - leaving rough edges on my nails. I asked they be filed off. She also cut the nails so short - there's really nothing left of the nail. The hand massage was given after the nails were polished, so it really wasn't a hand massage - only an arm massage. As she was massaging my arms, she noticed my blouse had been slipping lower and she pulled out the neck and said: "Oh - sexy!" I was also scolded for not being careful with my wet nails. (As if I needed to be. They looked awful.) I paid $46.00 for the combination. After I got home (in order not to cause a scene) I phoned the manager and told her how dissatisfied I was. She offered to give me a free service, but was reluctant to believe one of her employees acted so unprofessional. I have 7 and 8 year old granddaughters who love to play spa and have actually given me a better manicure/pedicure than I received at Enails. Don't think I'll go back - not even for a free service. read more
