My husband and I dined here for Valentine's Day's dinner and enjoyed our experience. We made reservations ahead of time and we were seated right on time. I loved the mood lighting and overall vibe. Our server was very friendly. I enjoyed the split pea soup and roasted chicken. My husband really enjoyed his steak frites. Everything was prepared perfectly and cooked to temperature. The chicken was very flavorful and tender. Would definitely recommend when in the area!

I found Pearl Moon on Yelp (thanks Yelp), and we decided to give it a try for a weekend dinner. Their small parking lot was full, but we were able to park on a nearby side street rather easily. We'd called ahead earlier in the day to make a reservation, though it ended up not being super busy. A band was performing inside but luckily the music wasn't too loud and made for classy chill background music. There's an event calendar on Pearl Moon's website if you're interested.  I tried these dishes and they were all fantastic, with the duck quesadilla being the unanimous winner. The three were created with local proteins which is awesome.  * Local Cajun Trout Tacos (2 for $17): "Pan fried Cajun style local trout, flour tortillas, creamy slaw, mango salsa, cilantro crema." We ordered the tacos as an appetizer. You could have them as your main but depending on your appetite, you may want to order additional sides. * La Belle Farms Local Smoked Duck Quesadilla ($22): "Aged Beemster gouda, roasted corn & poblano, caramelized onions, mango salsa & cilantro crema." The quesadilla is listed in the Starters section of the menu, and it was cut up into four triangles. * Full Moon Burger ($23): "Veritas Farms 8 oz. beef patty, caramelized onions, gruyere cheese." Your side choices include mixed greens, fries, and slaw. A couple of different employees waited on us, and they were all very attentive and nice. And this sounds weird but along with the food, the attractive restrooms with lots of stalls were a highlight as well. It's a very pretty restaurant in general. We look forward to returning to Pearl Moon eventually, maybe bringing along some others, and sampling more items!

The food here is great and the ambiance is fantastic when they pull the tables and get Ready to party with live acts. And DJs my wife and I visit friends here in Woodstock and Pearl moon is definitely one of our stops before returning to the city. Don't miss the new years eve party ! year after year good times.

Pearl Moon offers a cozy atmosphere with a menu that leans heavily into comfort food. First impressions are everything and while the restaurant has its charms, my recent experience left much to be desired, particularly with the Crab Cake BLT Sandwich with fries which was part of the lunch special. The sandwich looked promising when placed in front of me. You would figure the combination of crab cake, bacon, lettuce, and tomato would be a homerun, but after one bite it was a major disappointment. what arrived was underwhelming. The crab cake was overly breaded and missing one important element, crab flavor. The bacon, lettuce and tomatoes was ok, but I didn't order just a BLT. At $19 they failed to deliver on quality. I was a bit surprised since I heard and read so many rave reviews for this place. There was one saving grace. My wife had the Birria eggs benedict. The poached eggs and hollandaise sauce was good, the brisket was a little under seasoned. That said, the service was friendly. If you visit Pearl Moon, I'd recommend skipping the Crab Cake BLT and trying something else.

Stopped in for lunch on the way through town. What a delicious find. My husband had steak sandwich with chunks of steak and I had huevos rancheros which happened to be the best I have ever had. Music inside on certain nights, we enjoyed the outdoor patio.

Lovely jazz brunch in the heart of Woodstock. Make reservations as it's a small venue. Great Bloody Mary's and creative mocktails. Tried the fried shrimp sandwich. The breading was a little burnt and fell off the shrimp. Fries were good though. My mom had the clam chowder and that was.excellent! Would return again just for jazz. Lovely space and entertainment wasn't overpowering or intrusive.

Food was exceptionally yummy and staff were great! Ambiance was upbeat and festive Home made granola and brioche French toast were delicious

Nice ambience and the food is pretty good. It's an upscale restaurant so the food and drinks tend to be on the pricier side but I don't really have any complaints with the food or service. Our table got espresso martinis and it was honestly too strong for me because I'm a lightweight but the drink was good! We ordered the fettuccine and I got a salad on the side too. Overall, a pretty neat place to check out!

I had the corned beef hash from their breakfast menu which lasts until 4pm. The corned beef itself was just alright I thought, not as much flavor as I'm used to but the vegetable mixture still made it good. The potato croquette side was interesting and flavorful, and I had the biscuit for $2 more which was fluffy. I think I should've gotten some jam to add some flavor to the biscuit though. I tried some of my friends' food. The duck quesadilla was a little too salty for me but certainly didn't like flavor. I liked the steak sandwich the most (seasonal) and the breaded shrimp was good too. The grilled cheese with ham was what you would want it to be, and the fish and chips were spot on as well. The fries were decent too.

Live music on weekends and some weeknights. The only unfortunate part is how late that live music starts on Saturdays--at 9:30pm. For those, like me, who prefer early dinners and don't drink, such late Saturday night music start time is a missed opportunity. Had major FOMO, as we were leaving after our dinner, on a freezing Saturday night, as the restaurant emptied out after customers were done with meals and libations and were too tired to keep waiting for the band to set up. A lot of indoor and outdoor seating makes this place great for large groups or anyone who does not have a reservation and is looking to drop by for a meal at the spur of the moment. Service was spotty. Waitstaff looked harried and overwhelmed. We didn't mind not being checked on, as we prefer minimal attention. Cider was sweet, tart, and a great seasonal non-alcoholic drink. Steak frites was a filling dish. Fries were not greasy or salty, which was appreciated. The meat was unevenly cooked--some slices were medium rare, some well done. Strawberry shortcake was underwhelming--dry and bland; too little cream, the biscuit was overwhelming and not fresh. Flourless chocolate cake was divine--tasty, dense, rich, and flavorful. A tiny bite packs a punch. Perfect ending to a meal. The slice is ludicrously tiny, so be aware.

I had the brisket sandwich. It really wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be more like the barbecue style brisket, but it was more like the soft brisket and more of a gravy, but it was excellent. Service was excellent too. The apple cobbler was worth the weight. Prices were ok. . Second time there.

A shout out to Yelp While visiting Woodstock, New York , we Yelped & found Pearl Moon in the thick of things in the downtown area The weather was a pleasant early Fall day. Attractive large dining area inside. Several folks sitting on the outside pet friendly patio. We sat at the bar & had nice accommodating servers. We ate tasty Fish n' chips, a great burger & had local craft cold beers.Looks like there was a cool spot for bands to play adjacent the bar.

Their menu is extensive and impressive; they have some all-star dishes on their permanent menu as well as a rotating daily menu with a legendary lineup of seasonal items. I really appreciate that they have dishes that are hard to come by such as lentil loaf and lasagna, and these never disappoint. The lentil loaf is unique; it is a little brick of lentils (not your traditional sliceable mush of breadcrumbs and minced veggies). It's very well seasoned and the tomato sauce on top is not overly sweet. The mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy and (very) garlicky greens make it a great meal. The lasagna is one of my favorite dishes. It's pasta-free and just made from layers of sliced zucchini and other veggies sandwiched with their delicious crumbly housemade cashew cheese. The herby tomato sauce is super flavorful. The side salad and garlic bread that accompany it are great also; an ultra comforting meal. We enjoyed the macro meal, although honestly not as much as the other dishes. The pan-seared tofu was delicious, but the arame seaweed salad was super seaweedy and salty - a bit much for me. I'm also not sure why they didn't serve it in a bowl, which would have made the rice etc. easier to eat. It seemed to be missing something - perhaps avocado, or a hunk of sweet potato. A few items at the Garden Cafe are a little perplexing, compared to how perfect most of their food is. The tempeh is just ok. It's heavily marinated in a sweet and salty sauce and kind of strange. Also disappointing that it's just a big brand tempeh rather than one of the local tempeh brands available in the area. The housemade focaccia is also bizarre. The texture made me think it was gluten-free (but it's not). Is it whole wheat?? If that's the case, awesome, but they should mention that on the menu, so you aren't taken aback when you don't get pillowy airy bread and instead get something flat and gray that could be mistaken for a biscotti. We LOVE the Garden Cafe and wish more places like this existed serving organic classic meals. We wish they would open a location in New York City, but until then, we will be making the drive!

This whole time, I really thought this place was inside a cozy hotel about 2 blocks over. Guess you learn something new every day. We pulled up on a Thurs. around 4 with no res. and got seated real quick. Restaurant K. is airy, chic and gives a relaxed vibe. The menu is on the smaller side, but honestly, there's something for every eating style. We kept things light instead of diving into something heavy. Our spring greens salad was really good: hefty mound of mixed greens, lima beans, string beans and a hint of dill to make everything pop. Hubs had the double-stacked burger with white cheddar on a potato bun and loved it. I had high hopes for the hush puppies because they sounded amazing on paper- but they were doughy than corny and threw me off. Then came dessert. Again- sounded great on paper. It kinda feels like desserts get a "reinvented" treatment here(?). For instance, the strawberry shortcake was deconstructed: a few chunks of white cake, some diced strawberries and whipped cream. Totally unexpected. I ordered the 'Fun-Fetti Dunkaroos' with madeleines because they caught my eye, but they're smaller than standard. The food isn't bad at all. We were just caught off guard by how some of our selections were prepped. What really saved the evening were the cocktails. They were beautifully made and had a lot of strength. No watered-down nonsense here! Plus, our server Karina(?) was super sweet.
