I always tell myself I will never come here again but it's close to the house. I reminded myself why I hate this place and I didn't even get my nails done. Why do they always accept and SEAT people if they are not going to start the service for another 45 minutes because they are clearly not staffed enough. I get making money but atleast be honest. You said 15 minutes and I stupidly kept waiting until I watched 2 episodes of some cake show on your tv while seated. Atleast I got a freaking chair massage while waiting as you kept telling me I'm next...even those you also seated 2 other woman before me and still haven't gotten to them. Both were very friendly and (obviously) very good at their craft. I will definitely return. One of the worst nail experience's I've ever had. I've never had to explain so much how I wanted my nails but no the nail tech kept telling me things about my hands that I've never heard before. They kept moving me around from nail tech to nail tech. Back and forth from doing my toe nails and my finger nails. The tech that was doing my toe nails cut them way to short when I specifically kept telling her the length I wanted and when she asked me if I was sure I kept saying yes but maybe 5 minutes after she cut them even shorter. She also cut 3 of my toes trying to get my "in growns" but most of them didn't even have ingrown nails and I can already tell my big toe is going to get infected. At one point I just said whatever they were doing to my nails was fine because I just wanted to pay and get out of there. Never going here again I wouldn't recommend read more

My gel manicure lasts about 10 days depending on how much I leave my nails alone.m. This review is for Pink & White acrylics and pedicure Pink & White: I have been going to Pearl nails for a few months now. I went to several nail salons trying to find someone who does a good pink & white. I don't like a lot of white and I don't like them to feel like giant paddles on my fingers. Most nail technicians fight me on this and either tell me to let them do their thing because they know what I want or that what I want won't look good. Nonsense, I know what I think looks good. Don't argue with my preferences thank you. At Pearl nails, they don't argue with you. They listen to what you want and then do it. Van is the very best at pink & white. She does what you want and does it quickly yet meticulously. She has consistently done a great job on my nails over a dozen times. I get a lot of compliments on them and often people are surprised when I say my nails are fake. Also, Van let me know when she is going on vacation so that I can schedule my nails around when she will be gone. Very thoughtful! Of course they do the regular "You want your eyebrows waxed?" while doing your nails so you're like, "No... but thanks for telling me my eyebrows looks like crap!" They charge $33 for a fill which isn't the most expensive but not the cheapest I've seen either. Pedicure: I have had almost every girl at Pearl do my pedicure. I don't have any nasty toenails or fungus or anything gross on my feet. I am a runner so I tend to have some extra build up of dead skin on my heels. They do an ok job of exfoliating my feet but usually not a great job. I used to only get pedicures once a month but now I need to go every 2 weeks it seems. The technicians don't push you to get the deluxe pedicures but they do ask if you want it. The regular pedicure includes a massage... or a foot+calf rub with additional punching you in the legs for a while. I guess its pleasant. My only issue with they pedicure is that it does not last very long. Toes shouldn't need to be repainted every 2 weeks... in my experience but for some reason they do here. I forget how much it is but I imagine its reasonable as the p&w fill. Overall: - This place is clean and bright. - I never have to wait long to get my nails done - The ladies there are nice enough - They usually have CNN on the TVs so you're not stuck watching Dr. OZ or some bullshit soap opera... but it depends when you go in. I cannot rave enough about this place! Lena and Van are my go to girls for all my primping needs. i go in and get the works everytime i come home from a long trip. Nails, Eyebrows, Detox and full body hot rock massge. Helen and Lena do the massages and they are equally great at it. When i leave I am spitshined and ready for the world again. I tell Lean every time, you keep my feet and hands and body healthy with your treatments and healing hands. I went to this salon on Saturday 8/29 to get a pedicure and a full set. At the time I had been battling what I thought was a severe tension headache (it turned out to be something else, I don't have Covid). Anyway, I was went because I was hoping that some relaxation and self-care would help release the stress I was carrying in my body. I don't go to nail salons to just have pretty nails, I also go for the experience. I will say that my toes and hands turned out beautifully but it was not the most relaxing experience. I sat down for my pedicure first and a woman was seated next to me at the exact same time. I noticed the tech working with the other woman handed her a menu to select a type of pedicure. I was waiting for my nail tech to give me a menu but she just got started. I asked for one and she looked annoyed and gave me a menu. The whole pedicure seemed rushed and the tech seemed like she was just doing the minimum. I look over to my left the the woman sitting next to me (who got the same type of pedicure as I did) was getting a lovely foot massage which I did not get. I desperately needed to relax and I didn't get what I wanted. If I pay extra for deluxe pedicure, then I expect to get a deluxe experience. I want it to feel like I'm getting extra pampering. I was so disappointed that I didn't. The tech who did my hands was very nice but she definitely manhandled me. I wasn't feeling super great so I can guess that I was maybe not holding my hand right at times but my biggest pet peeve at a nail salon is when a tech says things like "help me!" and keeps moving my hands and arms around in rough ways. At one point I was sitting there thinking "idk what this woman wants from me, but clearly I'm not doing it right." Also at after putting on my tips she cut one of the nails way shorter than the others but she kept cutting the rest. When I said something, she snapped "yes, I will fix it for you!" But then she got super sweet. I hate getting mood whiplash while trying to relax. Also, she blamed me for cutting my nail too short (another pet peeve). She said it was because I was leaning too forward. Finally, at the end of my treatment, I verified the cost of everything because my count was lower but I thought she said a different number so it was my mistake. As soon as the tech explained it, I said "oh yeah, got it, thanks!" Said tech then explained the whole think like two more times. It was just not a great experience. I love my nails, but I probably wouldn't go back just because the experience was stressful and not relaxing at all and I made an appointment! If you haven't been here before, maybe try at an odd time and day. You might have a better experience than I did. read more

Don't come here!! They will purposely cut your toenails into a shape that will give you ingrown nails. I have never had problems with ingrown nails until I came here. Now it's 3 months later and I'm still having to deal with the ingrowns. read more

I been a customer of this place for years but last two years they been rude and a bad service I went to this plane on Thursday morning trying to get a nice gelish manicure for my bday, but I had the worst manicure ever service was so slow (it took one hour and half and my manicure wasn't done yet, still a skin around my fingers and bubbles on the gelish a lot the missing color on my nails... gosh I spoke with the person in charge and even I said I was late and I have to go she insist to redo my manicure after a one hour and half they expect me to wait more time, really? "Massage" that I asked to exclude was very painful, dug under my calf muscles and hit very awkward nerves, asked her to stop. No attention to the the feet whatsoever. We had all decided that we wanted to get mani-pedis this weekend and my friend Tracy had been here before so she recommended it. We were WAY late for our appointment and we showed up 12 min before they were supposed to close yet they didn't mind at all. The staff was incredibly helpful and they did a great job. They even stayed late to do some eyebrow waxing without even the slightest bit of snarkiness. I would highly recommend this place because the prices are pretty reasonable, they don't use crappy products like some places do, and you get the sense that they genuinely love their customers. Two stars bc Tao does a nice pedicure. I wanted to do one star bc the manager is terrible at doing acrylics. They're bulky and crooked. I had to show her that she was putting my tips on so crooked they're almost sideways. Very uneven and looks like it was just glooped on. You know it's bad when other ppl are looking at your nails saying omg what did she go to you. I kept trying to tell her that I needed her to fix them, but she argued that they had to look like this bc I wanted them thick. Yea, thick like I don't want paper thin nails, not thick like how I had so much product on that it was even under my nails and pulling my skin. She had even put the acrylic product over my cuticles, which is painful bc it pulls on them and then it gets worse when they try to grow out. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and do my own on occasion. I know this is not how you are supposed to do nails. They were so bad and hurt that I had to spend even more money and more time to get them completely removed and redone at Kim's the very next day. Don't get your hands done here. read more

I love Pearl Nails! They are sweet and do a great job. The place gets busy though, so sometimes the wait is 30-45 minutes. They take their time and do quality work - I get busy, so I don't get fills as often as I should. I've had a full set (regular, not solar) for an entire month, no problems (except paint chips, but that's not their fault)! Been going here for over 2 years and service has always been great. Pedicures are good, as are waxing services. All prices are great and I love that they keep the door open for some fresh air on nice days. read more
