First, you can get 10% off your first service if you sign up to their rewards program. So save some money! I went with the "pedicure in a box" option. It wasn't the cheapest but hardly the most expensive either. I also opted for just plain nail polish. The cost was $54 - this seemed pretty standard given my experiences at other salons in the area. I didn't make a reservation online but did a walk-in on a Wednesday at 11am. The place was definitely busy but I didn't wait and was seen promptly. The service itself was nice. Standard pedicure with some nice additional perks like a nice calf and foot massage. I always trim my nails before I go because they usually don't cut them as short as I like to have them and I asked that they do NOT cut my cuticle (I've been hurt too many times). Alex did a great job on my nails, they are beautiful. Mindy, however, tore up my girlfriend's cuticles. I did not find out until we got in the car and left. My girlfriend has 5 very sore cuticles, 1 is very raw, 1 bled during the service. Mindy sprayed something on the bleeding one. Came here for a mani/pedi with my sister and it's so mediocre. They check you in at the front, you wait for your assigned tech to come get you. They don't tell you to pick a color while you wait, and the colors are in a book, so it's not easy to bring it to the table to pick a color. The tech who worked on my gel nails was named Andy. He didn't introduce himself to me, didn't engage in any conversation, didn't ask if I wanted a drink. I didn't even know they offered complimentary drinks until my sister's nail tech asked her then asked me. The whole time I felt like Andy rushed through my nails. When he was painting my nails, he didn't paint all the way to the sides, the paint was uneven and I felt he just rushed through so he can move onto the next. My sister even thought my nails could've used another coat, but he made an excuse to not paint another coat. The massage was a few strokes on the arm and thats it. Thats their version of a "quick" massage. Smart of them to not add minutes to it. By the end of it, I just wanted to be done with him. Hasn't even been a week and my nails are slowly starting to chip. Leo worked on my toes. They use a cheese grater to scrub the bottom of your feet. Im not sure how to feel about that lol. The pedicure wasnt as bad as my experience doing my nails- he was just a little rough. The paint job could've been better. Overall, the polish I chose was thick meaning it could've been old and they don't care to do a quality check. I've been here a few times and yesterday was my first poor experience. I came in with an "aura nail" inspo photo, and left with clunky gel. My nail tech burned me four times, cut me twice, and was not at all careful with me. When I expressed not liking the color, she was extremely rude and did not want to fix it. I wound up just asking her for another coat of the weird color she already put on so that I could be done with it. She cut my long natural nails without asking me (not at all what I wanted) just to add smaller gel tips (also not what I wanted). 6/10 of the nails are shaped very awkwardly and don't look at all close to what I wanted. It's really a hit or miss here. The last two times just fell short. I feel like the male technicians are not as good. I didn't make an appointment for it and just walked-in. They offer complimentary drinks but when I got my green tea, there was a piece of paper inside, so I sent it back and requested a new one. That's ok, accidents happen. The technician who did my nails used a polisher to remove my old coat of gel nail polish, but in doing so, he scraped my skin multiple times and caused it to bleed. He poured alcohol over it but my pinky finger is still swollen. I got a gel manicure and after days of getting my nails done, one nail has already broken. Gel manicure should not be easily broken-that's why I got it! If you pay in cash, you get a discount. I'm not sure if it's worth me risking my fingers again. I will look for a new salon. read more

I have came here about 3-5 times, I honestly cant recall but mainly I come for pedicures and let me tell you about my most recent manicure they up-charge so much!!! Honestly never been to a nail salon that charges as much as they do... a simple french is $70.... (short nail too since I don't like long nails) and I had only went with the french because they were charging another $20 for a polkadot design... I expressed this to the nail tech and immediately she was offended and passive aggressive, I was very uncomfortable afterwards so I didn't say anything after that. After the nails grew out I came again for a soak off... where the nail tech proceeded to use a glue on nail to go under the acrylic (from the corners) to rip it off from under the acrylic, Majority of nail techs would say this is unhealthy for the nails and improper technique for removal, it was really uncomfortable and painful so I didn't say anything at first but after 2-3 nails being torn off I asked the tech to drill/soak off the nails, luckily they obliged but overall would never come here again, not even for my pedicures. read more

At first, my experiences were hit or miss--sometimes the service felt rushed, or the communication wasn't great. But over time, the quality has been consistently amazing. The technicians I've had recently are so gentle, detail-oriented, and incredibly sweet. You can really tell they care about their work and your experience. While they don't encourage bringing kids, they've always been kind and understanding about my situation (I'm a stay-at-home mom and don't always have help). That understanding means a lot. Absolutely do not come here. I've been here a couple of times and at first, I actually liked the place--but that quickly changed. The second there's an issue with your nails, they treat you like you're the problem. The guy who did my nails--Tony--had no clue what he was doing. I was stuck there for three hours while he fumbled around like it was his first day. I asked for a simple round shape and somehow ended up with ten different shapes on ten different fingers. He also had no idea how to do the cat eye effect. Kept asking around, clearly had no clue, and still managed to completely ruin it. And when I went back to get them "fixed," they gave me attitude. Like sorry, I thought I was paying $70 for a service, not a disaster. The next morning I wake up and half my nail is literally gone--one day after the fix. NO CONSENT AND INFECTION!! I had came in for a pedicure before spring break and ended up in a very uncomfortable not only for me but for my daughter. Connie kept being rough, cutting me with tools and burning my feet. I did redirect her a few times. Towards the end of my pedicure I realized it was because she had an appointment waiting for her. I work in the service industry and I WOULD NEVER speed through any interaction to get to my next appointment. I simply don't overbook for greed and then on top of that give poor service. Shame on you, Connie. NEXT TO ME was my 14 year old daughter. She has a very hard time wanting any services. She agreed to a nail polish change. I was charged for a pedicure and my daughter had to endure an infection caused by Hien. HIEN went ahead and my daughter a pedicure and also began using foreign objects to cut and remove a side of my daughters nail. My daughter did not complain of any discomfort OR in frown toe nail PRIOR to us walking in the door. I myself, have been going here for years. I know whenever I request for the sides of my nails to be cut, the person performing the pedicure will let receptionist know. Receptionist will then walk over with a clip board along with a consent form. No form was presented OR ACKNOWLEDGED. We never request any additional services. My daughter reacted at one point. When I looked at her I could sense discomfort and of course, as her mother I ask Hien what she was doing. She then stopped what she was doing and quickly finished nail polish change. When we walked out, I kind of had a feeling that that would be the last time I would be coming here. My daughter ended up with a nasty infection during spring break, which delayed us from plans that we had out of town at a resort I reached out to staff and management. This was weeks ago. I keep getting the runaround. The owner and business partners decided to pretend this never happened. I say this because no resolution ahas been offered as of 4/8/2025 Staff let me know that the business owner was "very busy " and after getting no response I went ahead and went to this location to demand some answers. I spoke to the owner over the phone as she resides in a different country. She let me know she had to speak to her business partner and review footage. I'll attach pictures of infection for credibility since these facts are being questioned. It's now been one month since this incident and I got no resolution. This happened almost a month ago and I never got a resolution, no acknowledgment, no refund. My daughter had to be medicated with antibiotics due to this infection on top of that because my daughter was punctured with a metal object. Her pediatrician advised that she get a tetanus shot. This is unfair, cruel, and malpractice do not support this entity. As all you are is a transaction again no consent and no acknowledgment. This salon recently boasted on expanding in size and lured clientele in with a promise of a gift card. Instead they should invest money back into employees to become knowledgeable, clean and abide by TDLR. When I went in, I requested to see the license of the person that performed this on my daughter. They took us 30 min before early closing, we didn't realize - it didn't match the time on the door. I just wanted a basic manicure. I have nice natural nails and just wanted a clean up & fresh paint. I was clear that I wanted to keep my nail length and shape but even them out. My nail shape was changed to square, my nails even more uneven than when I walked in. One of my nails was super crooked after her filing it, when I asked her to even it out, she barely tried to and then just kept working. My friend got a full set and hers came out good. So I honestly used to really like coming here. I've been a customer at GNL for over a year. Every nail tech seemed to be an artist here and can do great designs, but overtime I've started noticing little things that would make me not come here anymore. 1) They expanded the salon, and along with expansion came price increases. A gel toe polish change is now TWENTY-EIGHT dollars. The expanded area of the salon only had the nail tech working on me plus one other who I believe was doing another tech's nails, since the person sitting in "customer" chair was the one doing the nails. Other than that, employees are chilling in the pedicure chairs in the new expanded area. 2) While my "design" nails are cute, I paid $80 for three little hearts on each nail, short-medium length, almond shape. This seemed a bit much to me, and while I do understand that designs are extra and that my nail tech did a good job, she made me uncomfortable by having a conversation with three other employees at the same time in Vietnamese for the first 20-25 minutes of my appointment. It made me uncomfortable because why do you need to have this conversation in another language in front of me while giving me a service? It seemed a bit unprofessional and rude to me. 3) The last point is that another person did the $28 gel toe polish change for me and had to re-paint my big toe FOUR times. I asked her after the third time she wiped it off "what is the problem?" She said it was because the UV lamp wasn't drying the nail polish enough. This simple 15-minute toe polish change turned into over 30 minutes. All in all, my appointment lasted more than 2.5 hours for a simple design on my ten nails plus a gel toe polish change, which came out to $108. Given the quality of the service and the needless expanded area hiking up the prices, I will not be back. read more

This has been the best nail experience that I've ever had. My friend and I had an appointment after work today, and even though it's further--after all the terrible experiences I've had at the wrong salons, it's sooooo worth the drive for the right one. With certain nail styles, they appoint techs who specialize in that technique (which seems so obvious, yet is so rare). I initially asked for a basic french dip, and while I was waiting for my old nails to fall off, I changed my mind and opted for ombre dip. After some musical chairs, I was introduced to Ann, who was kind, communicative, and did a fantastic job with my nails! I have ugly troll hands/nails at baseline, so I'm still in awe of how well she did, and how superior the quality of these nails are (thin, smooth, no lumpy dumpy fakeness like before). What I really valued was that I wasn't shamed in any way for what I wanted. This place is professional, respectful, and works with you--to get you what you want--with what you got. My friend requested a snowflake design on her nails, and since she didn't want to add extra length, Terry, the artistic genius, really did a number. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect, but when I saw how perfectly he did her nails, I was BLOWN away. Also, this place has a GREAT vibe. I absolutely ADORE this place! The salon is very clean, and very well decorated. The staff is always very nice and they always do a great job on my nails. They have a fairly large drink menu for a nail salon, and every drink I've had has been great! I'm a huge fan of their Vietnamese iced coffee. My sister had a very nice woman named Lin she was very good too, no complaints at all on that service, however when we moved on to our mani my little sister was waiting around 10 minutes maybe more to get started on hers which is fine she is a minor and they wanted us seated together, but since I was getting builder gel done apparently only one person in the whole building could do it and he was busy with another client, I was perfectly fine with waiting I didn't mind. When our techs finally got to us my little sister got hers done and granted she doesn't have much to work with being a nail biter but her polish was all over her skin at the end, my nail tech Alex while being very precise about shaping still left bubbles in the builder and the thickness of the application was completely uneven, no only that but the only nail prep I got for a builder gel manicure service ($75) was a pass with a drill bit over my natural nails and a quick cuticle trim, overall the manicure service felt extremely rushed even though we paid for a gel manicure for my sister and a builder gel manicure for myself our service was probably around 15-20 minutes where as our pedicure was around 45 minutes and was great, I would recommend this place for a gel pedicure but definitely not for any add ons or enhancements as they will rush you out because they are busy read more

I have been coming here for a while now (maybe 1-2 years). This place was exquisite when it first opened but has since lost its luster and appeal. 1. Cleanliness - It's dirty. Bottom line. It doesn't look like they have wiped a single surface since they opened. Everything (e.g., counters, LED lamps, pedicure chairs, etc) is not only covered in dust but polish, gel, filth. It is worrisome. 2. Sterilization - On NUMEROUS occasions I have seen, on others and made them correct on me, them use non-sterilized clippers, trimmers, files, etc. #1 combined with this is scary. This is absolutely unacceptable. 3. Professional Appearance - When first open (and for sometime) everyone looked nice and professional. Now everyone looks like they just came from the gym or rolled out of bed. 4.Male Customers - It is so annoying that I have to wait longer if the next available tech is a male. They have some policy that male techs don't work on male customers. It's absurd. Overall they do a great job. Some of the best techs have left for one reason or another - but I almost always have great nails. I really hope with this expansion they consider recalibrating to focus similar to when they first opened. read more
