I went in for a fill my friend recommended Tina and I called and made the appointment for 1 PM with Tina. They sat me with somebody else who clipped some of the nails off way too short, and then once Tina realized I was doing powder they switched me to Tina. Tina took an hour and a half to do a powder fill and my nails turned out OK but it was she buffed my finger bed raw and it is hurting and bleeding, that for me is enough to make me not return. read more

When I get there they tell me she is on vacation so I'm like okay that's fine I'll take someone else , I get into my seat and the water is scorching hot, then he just starts working on my feet without them being in the water I try to put the foot he's not working on in the water and he told me no, then he yelled me out then in the water and it's still scorching hot. Update: Amy does an exceptional job (dip powder manicure) and Kieu did a French pedicure and it's the best I ever had! I am so very happy with their work! I was recommended to go here by a friend and SO glad I did! I have never had such a perfect paint job done. (And the fill was awesome too). A paint job, no matter the color, either makes the nails or ruins them if not done right. They are painted perfectly, and I am very picky. She also had them shaped just right. I really wanted to like this place as 2 friends from class recommended it. The girl that did my finger nails, Lily, was gentle and I really liked her. But the girl that did my toes was super rough! I've never bled from a pedicure or had such a bad experience. My foot stings and hurts when I walk now. Worse of all, I paid $35 for the pedicure! Also, their door says they accept visa but at check-out the girl had me use their ATM machine. I was charged $.50 at the machine and $2.50 from my bank! Took my kids here for pedicures. The lady doing one of the girls pedicure seemed upset and rushed. Hard to understand and the price for a pedicure with flower on toe ended up being $50 plus tip. Not worth it and was rushed. Won't be back. read more

Friendly staff and easy to book an appointment. When clients or guests arrive, they immediately direct them to wash hands and then seat you at least 6 feet away from someone else. They have portable window partitions between you and the manicurist/ pedicurist. Masks are required. Pearl Nails has really focused on maintaining a clean and safe environment for their staff and clients. Would definitely continue to recommend this place to others pre and post Covid. read more

Would put zero stars!!! They told us to come back when I called and they would fix . When got to salon they were very rude about it especially the man . Laughing and making jokes all to which we have no idea what he was saying to other employees. They made us feel very uncomfortable when I asked them to fix my boyfriends 15 year old daughters nails that she had done the day before. And that they looked nothing like what she had asked and showed the a picture of . The coffin nails picture she had wanted to the nail tech. Instead she got short wide fan dog nails with an ugly cartoon flower. They proceeded to make excuses about not fixing and were talking back in forth to each other coming over looking and laughing 6 of them to be exact . The text said he could not make coffee because they were too short so he then file them down a little but in fact it was his fault for cutting them that short in the first place when she had asked for them to look like picture. Not what I expect from customer service at all. Honest review: based on all the reviews and looking at all the new equipment they were using I REALLY wanted to love this place and potentially make it my new nail salon. Very nice looking inside with all new up to date modern looking style BUT Sadly I am disappointed. I did top of the line full service pedi n mani w/gel polish on hands and for the price did not feel the service was worth it. Also had an appt yet they were still 20min late. PEDI REVIEW: Cons: I didn't feel like my $50 pedi was any longer than a $30 one accept they added less time of each thing to do the next which I was told everything about it including massage would be longer. My massage was a gentle rub barely focusing on any typical areas of relaxing yet instead more just running lotion in. Secondly my polish on my toes which have always from any other place I've gone to for my whole life never chips off and will last for weeks if not months was chipping off in less than a week. I feel Their polishes must be thinned out or their using cheap top coats. Pro: chairs were new and w/ nice massagers. Lots of color options (but polish is thin) Mani: cons: nails were crooked and not polished to edges. They over soaked nails by drenching them in acetone for prior gel removal which made my nails hurt n fragile (never had a salon do this so poorly). Did not apply enough coats of gel polish nor thick enough to cover solid Color. Polish had dried bubbles in them, and began cracking, splitting and peeling with in week of. Little less than 30 seconds barely of each hand was massages with lotion at end. Cons: lots of color options (yet they are very thin) Sorry but for the money and lack of attention to person and detail I just won't be back. read more

I have been here several times. The last few times I have been there and seen three different people, they were extremely aggressive with the hand grinder. I had acrylic nails done, and when they were cleaning up the nails doing the finish work, they ground all the way down through 5 of my nails. I kept saying ouch and they kept going. The last guy said it was because I chewed my cuticles and that my nails were tender. That could be the case but when I pulled the nails off after a couple weeks of pain, they were still bleeding underneath and cut all the way through my nail. I will never return there. read more

This place is horrible! I went on 12/3/21 and got a full set and pedicure. I got flat matte black polish on my full set and toes and had to go back 3 more time's in this one day because the nail polish kept peeling up and bubbling and comming off. When I went in for the third time I asked if I could do a different color assuming that their black was just old or bad and I was told no so for a third time they tried this matte black look. Every time I had to go in they shave the polish off leaving the acrylic nail super thin. I was charged 135.00 plus tip for a hack job. I don't believe they know how to price things because my sister-in-law got her bridal set nails and pedicure and it cost $114 and her nails were way more extravagant than mine??? So I truly believe that they just make up their own pricing. I'm a bridesmaid in my sister n laws wedding this sunday and my nails are a completely wrecked and look like trash and I'm out 150.00. My own bridal nail set and pedicure did not even cost that much and it was 100% better. I will never go back to pearl nails it's horrible and a waste of money and time. The first time I visited Pearl Nails, I was impressed with the relaxing vibe, the cleanliness and the decent prices. The woman that completed my pedicure was polite (not too chatty- which is fine with me), efficient and did a great job shaping my sensitive/ticklish toes into the short square shape I oh so adore. I've only been here two times but both times were the worst experiences I ever had at a nail spa. The customer service was dreadful and I despised every second in the massage chair. The first time I went to Pearl Nails Spa I asked for a French manicure... but no. The lady painted on a BRIGHT pink and very very sloppily slapped on a crooked line of white at the top. Not realistic at all. She obviously had no experience with French manicures at all. The second time I went to Pearl Nails Spa I wanted a pearly color, but of course it didn't show up. It was like she painted a top coat on AND she got it all over my skin. I went back to get another color, but as I was unscrewing the top to try it on, she snatched it out of my hand and said, "Ok." This salon is clean and calm and walk-ins usually get serviced right away. I appreciate all the COVID precautions. I've had several pedicures as well as manicures here and I return because it's decent results for decent price in a clean salon. The one piece of constructive criticism would be for the new sets and fills. The service is not consistent as some technicians do a great job and others are just OK on nails (thickness of powder/gel), matching the desired picture I bring in, things like that. I think this is probably true of most nail salons. I am always satisfied, but not always thrilled, hence the 4 stars. I do recommend this salon and will continue to go there. read more

I gave this place 1 star solely because the man who did my 10 year olds pedicure scratched her leg really bad while trying to scratch off tie dye paint that I never asked him to worry about. He scratched it so bad that parts of the scratch were bleeding. My daughter didn't tell me it was that bad until we got outside and showed me her leg. It looked like she got scratched up by a blackberry bush! When I took her inside to show them, they either didn't understand exactly what my concern was or they really didn't care. An apology was given only when I started repeating myself. No refund was offered. While I doubt this sorta thing happens often. It should be noticed that it happened. I come to this nail shop quite often and generally have a moderately adequate experience. Today however, I scheduled an appointment to be seen, yet had to wait over 10 minutes upon my prompt arrival. Additionally, there were two white men who came in while I was waiting who did not have appointments who were seen before me.
