This Nail salon is the most rude nail salon I've ever been too. They pick at your skin so harshly and never apologize. One time I asked for a more coffin shape then I had asked the nail technician if he could make it more Coffin shaped, he scoffed and said to me "coffin shape?!?" And I said yes and you could tell that he got very upset and did the rest of the manicure carelessly. I'm never going here ever again. Waist of money and waist of time when you already have an appointment they make you wait 20+ minutes to help other customers who are just walk ins. read more

I went in to get a fill and the worker was extremely rough and going fast. When she was filing my nail, it hurt super bad and one point and it caused me to jump out of my chair! I thought she had just sanded a corner down too far. She continued and my nails looked great, even though my finger hurt. It still hurt for a week or so.. so I decided I needed to take my nails off to allow my sore finger to heal (what I thought was an ingrown nail where I thought she sanded it too far). The moment I took the fake nail off of my nail bed, the "ingrown nail corner" started to ooze pus... and my finger started throbbing and shortly after a large splinter came out of my finger. When she was filling my nail super fast and rough, she pushed a splinter into my finger from her nail file! Talk about painful!! I went in and showed her my finger and a photo of the splinter. She was non-apologetic and rude. She told me she couldn't give me a refund but would put another set on. Yeah, no thank you, I don't want you to give me another emery board splinter. I will never be back and will not recommend in the future. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do not spend your hard earned money here. I wish I wouldn't have. My friend's friend suggested this place, so my best friend and I decided to try it. We made an appointment, but even with a set appointment time we waited about 25 mins. After we were seated we waited another 10 mins. My friend was done well before me, enough time to go get food, eat it and return. I told the lady (I had an older lady, I didn't get her name) that I wanted a gel manicure and tips on two of my nails that had broken. She kept insisting that I should get a full set (acrylic) and that it would look much better. After about 5 mins of arguing she took my hand and just started clipping my nails super short! I was pissed, because I had been growing my nails out for a while. I didn't know what to do, so I just went with it. No going back after she steady clipped them all off! I told her I wanted them natural looking and very thin. I wish I would have gotten a picture of these horrendous nails. They were fatter than my actual nail, fanned out, extremely thick and painful. She cut me multiple times! Damn near every finger had a cut. I was so disgusted. I went out to the car and showed my friend and she gasped and said, "what the hell is that?! You need to go get those fixed." I'm usually not the type of person to complain, I'll just deal with it, but this was the worst acrylic set I've ever seen. I decided to go back in and a man, who I think was the manager, took one look and said he was so sorry and he'd fix it. Another 45 mins later they had them semi-fixed, but they still weren't what I asked for. They also tried to charge me for fixing them! Absolutely not ok. My friend's nails chipped the next day, and so did mine. I will never go back! This place is a rip off, absolutely no attention to detail. Came here for a gel manicure and the lady who did my nails was friendly and all but the negative was they started chipping off on the 3rd or 4th day which is unacceptable! For $30?!? My gel manicures usually last me at least 14-15 days before they start to show signs of wear. Not coming back here again. read more

Three of us went for pre-wedding pampering, 5 total services. 2 pedicures, 1 Gel manicure and 2 Acrylic sets. The pedicures were done properly and relaxing. However, the acrylic manicurists were rough, cutting our skin and our fingers hurt for 3 days. My set are so thick and not like the photo I wanted at all. They looked awful and when I asked her to make them thinner she ignored me. They have a terrible shape. My daughter-in-law had a similar issue and they did not take their time and do what she wanted but also were thick and the design was sloppy and overall not very attractive. We were from out of town and checked reviews before selecting this location so are very disappointed and it cost us over $200 to get this done so save your money select another salon. read more

Took my granddaughter for her first pedi for her bday. I felt very rushed and wasn't a good experience at all.

Came in on Mother's Day. They where able to get us in fairly quickly but after that it was a strange experience. I got a pedicure it was rushed because they where busy and it was expensive. Massage was nice but my toe nails where shaped strange and the gel polish which should last over 2 weeks lasted less than one. I'll never go back read more

Everything is pre-packaged so you know that it's clean and all their masks are individually packed to avoid double dipping! This place is fairly standard as far as services go. Everyone is friendly, and there is always a steady flow of customers through there, an appointment may be necessary during some obvious weekend and evening times. What I like most about this salon is it's fairly new and they have new equipment. The massage chairs for the spa pedicures are wonderful, and they have spa pedicure menus where you can select different services from hot stone foot massage to different exfoliating treatments, they all smell amazing and feel wonderful. The color selection is great and I've used several different employees and they all seem skilled and professional. This is definitely me go to spot in Auburn. read more

I had no problems with nails both feet and hands. Always a good job however I had gone in for a facial to remove my "peach fuzz" and had a senior staff member wax my face. BIG MISTAKE! She was negligent not only burning my face but skin came off creating scabs that very night. Basic 101 CHECK Temperature of wax. I'm an older gal so my skin will not heal the same and I have red scars from the bottom of my nose to my chin. Of course I went in and they saw the damage gave me my $35 back and couldn't get me out of their store fast enough. No offering of any free service to do nails NOTHING! Just I'm sorry here's your money there's the door. Didn't matter that I was a good tipper AND they're doing NOTHING about the incompetence of there staff member. SO BEWARE and get your waxing elsewhere. She was also old school not using latest techniques that would have helped avoid the tarring of my skin. They just wanted me to disappear. Came in for Gel pedicure and manicure...pedicure was great, manicure ended up not using gel and halfway through I asked if it was gel. She said no did you want gel I said yes. Was told this bonding primer coat would make the regular polish last last longer than the gel would since I was growing out nails after having acrylics for years, I should have known better. 2 days later and my nails look horrible. Called and told them off the issue and Tommy said "come on in and we will make it right" WRONG! Wasted drive. Won't go back. I did learn that they charge 5 bucks to remove dip if you don't have dip done again, buyer beware. Such a shame have been going there since they opened. So much for customer service. Walked in on Sunday to see about getting my nails fixed from a full set done the day before somewhere else. John did a great job! He sanded, filed, filled in, sanded, and filed some more on nails that were uneven, lumpy, not completely filled, and smudged polish. He took his time to make sure the surface and tips were even and gel nail color was put on flawlessly. They look fantastic. When I saw that they did waxing too, I asked about being fit in and it was no problem. Rose did a wonderful job! The environment was clean and inviting and well laid out. I may just be the only person who didn't enjoy my experience at Pearl. First of all when I told them I had two colors I wanted the lady got frustrated and rolled her eyes and violently grabbed the polishes. Then when I asked for a simple design she told me she couldn't do it.. (It was just three triangles) So I just asked for something different no big deal, but then she started to put flare nails on when she hadn't even asked if I wanted them, which I didn't. In the middle of applying them I had told her I didn't want these I wanted the straight ones and she just sent me off to another lady to finish them. In the end I didn't get what I wanted at all and left with two crooked nails. read more

I tried to get an appointment last week with my favorite girl and was told she was busy! that was pretty much it.. no explanation, no do you want to schedule something for another day, just she's busy.
