I even received a text confirming the appointment, but when I arrived I was told I didn't actually have one because it hadn't been entered into the "correct" system. Today was even more confusing. I went for my next appointment and ended up being bounced between their old location and their new one with no guidance whatsoever. I thought the sign at the old location says the new location will open on March 19, which led me to believe they were still operating out of the old space. However, when I arrived the doors were locked. Apparently the new location was open as of January 19, but there was no clear communication or signage explaining where to go or what was actually happening when I went to the new location either. This was especially frustrating because I made my appointment around or shortly after the time they had moved and no one thought to tell me that I would need to go to a new location. (Maybe I'm expecting too much to be proactively informed that the office has moved after I've been going to the same office for eight years or so.) It's frustrating because this used to be a reliable place, but right now the lack of organization and communication makes it very difficult just to figure out where you're supposed to be.

I always get compliments on my hair, especially right after I get it done and styled. My manager said, "Oh... you got your hair cut." Then looked down. So, definitely not a compliment. I have wavy hair and the cut was majorly botched. It wasn't even a difficult cut! She spent like five minutes cutting it, the next 10 minutes drying it and covering the bad cut that went against my natural curl. Kristin cut my hair. I purchased a series of five HIFU treatments, which were recommended to help lift and tighten my face and neck. Unfortunately, after completing all five sessions and spending approximately $1,800, I did not see any improvement. In fact, I feel that my face and neck look more saggy than before, and I actually feel like I look older now than when I started. I was specifically encouraged to include my neck in the treatment plan, but that area is where I am most disappointed with the outcome. The concerns I originally wanted to address, including sagging around my mouth and jawline, remain unchanged. Despite following through with the recommended treatment plan, I saw no noticeable lifting or tightening. I understand that results can vary from person to person, but based on my experience, this treatment was a complete waste of money. I wish I had been given more realistic expectations before investing so much time and money. While the staff were kind and welcoming, I cannot recommend HIFU treatments at this spa based on the results I personally experienced.
