This place is a joke. You will have to wait over an hour after your appointment to be seen. The office is terribly disorganized and the staff do not communicate well with each other. After waiting an hour past my appointment time a patient who arrived after me for an appointment time after mine was seen by Dr. Priyana Mehta before me. Her front desk staff, Shruti, then proceeded to argue with me that appointment times are estimated and the office tries to maximize profits by double booking appointments. I am not trying to contest the office visit with my insurance company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague it is. read more

I called in to schedule an appointment as a new client, offered my insurance information of the phone they stated it was not necessary and that I would provide on my initial visit. I got a call to confirm my appointment followed by a text. Both messages said to confirm the appointment, I replied to the text confirming. I arrive to my appointment this morning 30 min prior (just had a hunch that I would have paper work to fill out) when I arrived they said because your insurance is through your employer we need 40 mins to call, then I said ok (since I arrived 30 min prior) the girl then said well it may be longer so we need to reschedule. I said why was this not told to me over the phone they said when they called and text that they said I needed to provide that information over the phone, which is untrue and inconsiderate of my time. As soon as you walk in the door There is always someone smiling and greeting you. Office is very clean and fresh feeling. Pearl Smile Dental has complimentary coffee and mini water bottles. For the kids they have and Xbox 360 with movies and games that they can entertain themselves with. On your first visit they give you a tour of the office. They have a rinse/wash station, so if you do drink some free coffee or forget to brush after rushing in from work, which you can use. Orthodontics in the near future. Multiple languages spoken by the employees/doctors. Dr. Manisha the main doctor is very professional, personable, friendly, understandable and very gentle when working on treatment. Both the assistants and the Dr. work well with kids. All PPO and Medical Cards taken for insurance. I am pleased to say that I can highly recommend Pearl Smile Dental. Yes, the office is newer so it's a beautiful space, very clean and well lit. And they do have tvs and game systems to keep the kids occupied if they're not being seen by the dentist themselves. But the basis for my 4-star rating is what really matters; the dentist herself. Dr. Mehta is friendly and did a thorough job examining and cleaning my teeth. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time, but I thought she did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth regardless. She also gained major points with me because she did her work without causing me any pain. In my book, that is the true sign of an expert dentist. Many dentists will say that they have to be heavy-handed because you have build up, your teeth are close together, they can't get a good angle, or other excuses. But going to the dentist for routine things like cleanings and check-ups should NOT hurt! My teeth looked and felt wonderful when she was done. I actually received a compliment on my "beautiful smile" later that same day! It is not easy to find dentists like Dr. Mehta. I am happy to take my whole family to see her now as well. read more

I started the process on Feb 16, 2022 it get a bridge in on my top right side on my mouth where you can see a big gap when I smile and it make eating very difficult. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for the bridge to come in and that when it does they would fit me in asap to get it inserted. Well those 2 weeks turned into 4 week and when my bridge was finally delivered they made me wait an additional 2 weeks for an appointment because they said they couldn't fit me in anymore. I went in for my appointment on March 30, just to find out that the wrong measurements were given and my bridge did not fit. They had to create new casings and get the bridge redone, so I had to wait another 2 weeks, I made an appointment for 2 weeks out and was told that if the bridge was not in by the time of the appointment, that they would call me and reschedule it so that I would not waste my time coming in. Today was my appointment and they called to have me come in early, and I live 40 minutes away so I rushed to the office but it wasn't until I was taken back and waiting for a few minutes before I was informed that they still hadn't received my bridge so I was told to come in early and made that drive for nothing. So now its going on 3 months that my bridge was started and they will not give me an answer on when they will finish it and I can't go to another dentist because my insurance already paid them. I am highly upset. read more
