My Mother in law would have to drag me in for even a cleaning. However after having a good amount of pain recently I had no choice and after reading some reviews I decided to try Dr Julie Glud. With My son accompanying me to make sure I didn't run out, I went and found she and her whole staff were patient, understanding and made sure to do their best to make me feel comfortable. Today I went in for my first root canal WITHOUT being knocked out completely due to my fear and the whole time I was there I felt no pain, felt at ease and in fact relaxed. The work they do is questionable and will fail I had 4 procedures done, 2 completely failed and caused a terrible infection and I lost 2 teeth because of it. When I tried to speak to them about refunding my patient portion they spent a lot of time blaming me and took zero accountability for it Do not trust this practice with your dental care or your childrens dental care. Its a huge mistake! Issues: Not fitting and sealing a crown correctly causing infection and tooth loss Fillings fell out about a week after they put them in Over charging & taking payment up front so if there are issues with those services they can dispute refunding you Front staff can be pretty rude (except for one of the younger guys) Treatment coordinator is a waste of your time

With that being said, I would still give 100 stars to this office if YELP would allow it. My review is based on my dealings with one of the dentists at this office- Dr. Bennett. Dr. Bennett is an extremely talented professional. When I think of someone who practices any sort of medicine, it is with the hope that they are doing so with a deep passion for helping people. He does this and more. He is incredibly personable and I feel very comfortable discussing any issues I have with him. Any time I have a question, he makes himself available to answer it. He is attentive, caring, and goes out of his way to ensure that I get the answer I NEED and not the answer I want. There have been multiple instances where I have had a dental question, and he has taken his time (uncompensated) to give me his professional opinion and recommendation so that I can decide how to move forward with my own treatment. If I was ever given the option, I would use this office- hands down.
