The doctor was amazing and everyone was friendly, so I really wish I could give them 5 stars but whenever I tried to contact them, it was impossible. Made my appointment online and later found out I had to travel out of town for work. I called, emailed, called and called and couldn't leave a voicemail any of the times due to a "full mailbox". Never reached them. So I planned my trip solely around trying to get to my appointment on time. Since I couldn't reach them and because I had to rush, I will admit I was annoyed at first but I was greeted by a friendly person who instructed me to have a seat and it would just be a minute because the staff were at lunch. Started to be annoyed again but thought I'd just be patient. After nearly 20 minutes, while I could see and hear the staff in the lunch area, they finally noticed me and closed the door. About 10 more minutes later someone came out and asked me to fill out a ton of paperwork. Again friendly. I'm just thinking to myself, I am the customer and I did a lot of work to try to reach you with no success and STILL was on time. I could have been filling out that paperwork while waiting. And I could have taken my time getting there. The amazing doctor and friendly staff was their saving grace. But honestly I won't be back because I need to know I can reach you and that my time will be respected as much as I tried to respect yours. read more

I went to pick out glasses yesterday and wondered why the total was so high. I called back and spoke to Ben and Jenna and they said that they decided to pick the highest priced options based on my insurance for me. Choosing 1 option down would have saved me $100. I ended up cancelling my order because of the dishonest customer service. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with this location and will not be returning. read more

My eye exam was 12/22/23. To This day 2/1/24 I have no glasses and no contacts! I can't get any answers as to why my contacts are not ordered and where my glasses are. This was my first visit to this office. The staff were all so helpful and nice; they took their time in helping me to select the right frame at a price I was comfortable with. Dr. Matthews was wonderful. I read her background before I made my appointment and saw that she had done a lot of work with older patients. She was very helpful in recommending drops and other things that would help with the dryness and burning in my eyes. I would highly recommend this office! read more

I have been going to this location for over a year now. Dr Mathews makes me feel welcome each time. She either took good notes or remembered me from a year ago because she remembered things we talked about. That made me feel special! I am always impressed with the range of diagnostic tests they can do there. It's all very high tech. I worked with Jayra for my glasses, and she was always very friendly and efficient, even when she was the only person working in her area. They seem understaffed, but Jayra is a trooper. I haven't worn glasses in over 8 years and I did not know what I was doing. When I went in I was greeted promptly by Simone and was reassured that she would take great care of me. She let me try on multiple pairs of glasses and gave me honest feedback about each pair. After I had picked out a couple pairs that I liked, we sat down to go over cost. There was an issue with my insurance from when I previously purchased my contacts. Simone went the extra mile to call and get everything corrected. I received both pairs with in a couple of weeks and I love them. I will never go anywhere else to get my glasses, as long as Simone is there. Customer service at its finest. Thank you! read more

I made a appointment and it took me 2 weeks to get in. I asked if they took my insurance and gave them the info, they said they took it. The day before my appt. they called to verify my insurance and call it in ahead of time since my appt. was on a Saturday. I get there fill out paperwork and they tell me they don't take my insurance. I just stopped into this store while getting sushi next door. I needed to get my eye glasses adjusted real quick. I've actually been looking for a new optometrist. A girl greeted me and I asked her if she could adjust my specs. She seemed nice and said she would be right with me. She sat me down at a table then continued to help the other people that came in after me. She just kept helping them and completely ignored me. I sat there for over fifteen minutes and finally just walked out. I can't believe they would treat their customers like that. I def won't be choosing them as my new eye doctor. read more

My wife needed a checkup for her eyes, and it turned out glasses, so we found this place via Google that was close to where we work. They were very professional and friendly. The wait was a reasonable time (5 or 10 minutes), and the doctor herself seemed very qualified and friendly. I would have given it five stars, but there's always room for improvment. I mean, they could have offered back rubs or something, am I right? The sushi place next door is decent, but it just left me hungrier. There's a Starbucks next door too, which is a convenient waiting room if your significant other is having her/his eyes checked. Maybe the problem with the lady who gave the one star is that she didn't have an appointment. read more

Terrible, horrible place. Awful customer service. Store Manager said "you are not a real customer, we are not making any profit out of this sale" ($549 prescription glasses). Very mean and unprofessional. I was told on my voicemail to pick up my glasses between 10am and 6pm (store hours), the store didn't open until 12 because "Sorry, everybody was out of town" Plus I was accused and ashamed in front of strangers because an employee claimed I said the F word to him - what an horrible LIE! Just like other people who is going to purchase their first pair of eyeglasses in their lives, I did a lot of research online and visited different stores to get an idea of the service and eyeglasses they have. Pearle Vision, compared to other stores, has more choices for those who enjoy brand name glasses (Gucci, Prada, Burberry, etc.). Dr Li, who examined my eyes is a very kind lady. The sales associate Lee and other couple ladies provided professional opinions on eyeglasses selection. The eye exam schedule is an easy process you can log in their website and schedule an appointment there. I waited about 8 days to receive a call to pick up my glasses. I recommend you guys to use VSP eye insurance it definitely saves you guys money there. Overall, very good experience ! read more

My eye exam was great. Everyone who worked there seemed really nice and helpful. I spent about 20 minutes picking out glasses which I was hesitant about because I'd never paid so much for frames before. WITH my insurance, it came to $160, which I guess is probably standard, but when I went back to pick them up, they hadn't put my prescription in them, but just inserted new fake lenses. What? Now I have to wait for them to fix it. Seems like a really avoidable mistake. I'll try somewhere else next time. read more

Went in and ordered a pair of glasses three and a half weeks ago; I've called twice now to check on the status of my glasses, and both times have been told they will check on them. It's my understanding that it usually takes 7-10 business days for orders... it's been... 18 business days at this point. If I am unable to pick them up tomorrow, I'll just cancel my order and go elsewhere. read more
