I got hung up on OR they decided the person calling in was more important and switched over the line. I've called 15 times and keep getting their "the mailbox is full" automated message. I am FURIOUS. My wife has come here and said the actual doctor was great. Well that doesn't help me if their receptionist isn't going to do their job. I can't help it. I could read the 20/20 small print. My dealings with VSEC were spot on. It is rare to see such a large team of medical professionals work as well together as this group.
