Then, I asked her if egg pudding is or is not included in the drink. She continues to try to tell me that I didn't ask for egg pudding. However, I didn't tell her any other modifications to my drink aside from easy boba and light ice. She starts tapping on the tablet for whatever reason and continues to tell me that if I would have asked for egg pudding then she would have put it in my drink. I asked if she could just remove the boba and put egg pudding instead since the boba was hard. She then tells me "the boba is already in the drink/cup".
