Front of boba break in the Glendora public market
    Taryn L.

I am happy to update my review for Boba Break Tea House. I have visited serval times over the last few weeks before writing this. The new staff has been amazing on all fronts, even on a busy Sunday night. The store is well lit, and clean. When I walk up to the window, I am greeted. When I ask questions, I am given helpful answers. The customer service has absolutely turned up to 100 at this place! I wanted to shoutout Edwin for being an awesome employee and kudos to the team behind him tonight. You handled guests like a pro, you were perceptive of your store in its entirety, and you gave us extremely fast service. As I was leaving the Glendora Market, Edwin was keeping the front up and cleaning away. And you did it all with a smile, and you have no idea how much that means to a recurring customer. Knowing someone cares for their shop... that makes a customer want to come back. My drink was delicious, exactly as ordered. Thank you for a great experience.

Located in the Glendora Marketplace, this spot is a nice place to relax or get some work done. Service was quick, and I tried the Heartbreaker -- a lychee green tea with lychee jelly. The portions are generous, and the drink was tasty, a bit on the sweeter side.

Sadly, this place isn't it the boba wasn't cooked through and was very hard on the middle, the staff working is always in the back the place looks closed no lights on. The cups don't look the same way they market them to be with a logo. Price is fair and reasonable but it's a BOBA place at least have the boba consistently cooked right. Also better take out bags, and the girls don't bag for you seems like the staff doesn't care much for this company. Service is always looked at anywhere you go.

Had a hibiscus green tea with rainbow jelly, my wife ordered a milk tea with boba. Lady working the counter was friendly. Inside Glendora market place, decent amount of parking and plenty of tables to dine at. Prices about $5-8 depending on size

My mom and step dad LOVES this place, so I had to stop by with my brother and partner so we can have a chance to try it out! It's inside this food hall and I was so surprised because I didn't know that Glendora even had this! We came up and had a huge order (5 drinks) and the price was.... painful LOL When my step dad told me that this place was pricy and that he would pay, I was like no you keep your money! BUT he insisted and sad to say, I am lowkey happy he did LOLOL omg. The drinks are in fat cups, it's a lot in there but for the price and taste? Maybe I lived in SGV for to long so I know how boba should taste and I've had my fair share. But my mom loves this place so I know she'll be back but for myself I would rather get boba in SGV. The boba here is a little to sweet and extremely pricey, I think close to 10$ per drink? askdugrfsoug Sorry I had to go wipe the tears from my credit card because it got a little PTSD as I was writing this review. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back but if I was in the area and my step dad was paying again then I would come back

My dear friend and I were at Glendora Public Market for my b-day dinner. Thank you my friend for the sweet treat. She got me the Salted Caramel Milk Tea with no ice. It was very good. I would get it again. I came back on my own on another day and got a Green Thai Milk Tea. I forgot to ask for no ice. Nevertheless, it was just as good as my 1st drink. Boba Break Tea House is definitely a keeper. I would recommend anyone to come on by and check them out.

Had various flavors for a group event. The cups are short and stubby. Very sweet. Taste was ok, lots of selections available.

Great place to have refreshing drinks when you visit the Glendora Market. I love the Arnold Palmers. Smoothies are great too. Service is great depending on how busy it is. Wait shouldn't be long. Little pricey but well worth it.

The boba here is delicious. You can adjust it to your sweetness. My kids love the variety of flavors they offer here. The staff here is kind and very helpful. We enjoy something sweet after eating here for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Recommend this boba spot.

Yes, yes I did come all the way down from my arrowhead get away and pass up dozens of boba places to go to boba break and specifically, this location and they did NOT disappoint! We ordered at 1pm on Thursday 13th so HUGE thanks to staff (gal and a guy) who helped us enjoy the best boba! I ended up ordering some to go to drop off at my sis who lives in arrowhead and my kiddos who she's watching! the gal who served me, happily took my order with all my specifics to try to make sure it was delivered at its peak freshness! I'm headed back to our get away with a smile with her excellent service AND the best boba! You guys are the best!!!

Met up with friends on a Sunday afternoon and got the Salted caramel Milk Tea from Boba break. The kids got a Triple berry smoothie and a peach ring smoothie with peach bits. Yum! It was the perfect treat. They have lots of options depending on what you are in the mood for including teas, slushies and snooty too. Friendly, quick service and delicious drinks. Can't wait to try some of the other menu items next time.

It's also extremely affordable, chill, and thirst quenching. It's a satisfying drink on a hot day. I arrived at Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) on Tuesday (around 1:14PM). Parking is easy since the parking lot is BIG and spacious. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Staff quickly answered any questions. Customers can order at the counter or self-service kiosk. My drink took two minutes and five seconds. Quick! As mentioned, I liked the Blushe ($5 -- 70% Sugar). It's a tea with good ingredients, but personally I'd recommend selecting a lower sweetness. Also, if you're not a fan of rose or perfume-like drinks, this might not be fit your palate. Still, it's prepared thoughtfully, and the price is ridiculously competitive. I sipped with a small smile. On ambiance, Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) is an AMAZING option for study/work. The location is well-maintained and generous! The air condition is STRONG, and the location is chill and refreshing. There's also about four electrical outlets. And there's customer internet with password; details are proudly displayed on the Game Corner counter and the Ordering counter. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. In addition, Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) is charming and very clean. This business has fun colors and aesthetic decor. There's about five tables, and there's a Game Corner (etc: Chess, Guess Who, Mancala, Etc). There's even two mini crane games to play. I also enjoyed the soft, upbeat pop music. It's a charming, hidden local gem. Overall, Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) is a local business that still has heart and passion. The drinks are also ridiculously affordable and refreshing. If nearby and searching for a comfortable study/work spot, this is an easy recommendation. 4.5 out of 5

The tea had the flavor of cheap powder mixed in water. In the end, I tossed this thing into the trash (video attached). This experience was such a waste of money!! I arrived at It's Boba Time (San Dimas) on Saturday (around 12:06PM - near opening time). Parking is easy. The lot is very big. There's even EV Charging Stations. Staff is the highlight. Staff (receipt says Gavin) warmly welcomed me as I entered. Gavin is professional and friendly. My drink took one minute and 30 seconds. Quick! As mentioned, I abhorred the Hokkaido Milk Tea ($6.50 - Large) with Boba. It's one of the worst prepared drinks that I've had in a long time. The tea had an artificial candy flavor while also offering a thin, watery aftertaste. The boba had no sweetness nor flavor; it tasted and felt like chewing on toilet paper. There's no bounce; rather, its just "splats." In the end, this thing went into the trashcan. "UGH!!!" Concerning ambiance, It's Boba Time (San Dimas) is harmless. I appreciated how the location was relatively clean. Ignoring the clumpy dust in its crevices, the three indoor tables are shiny. The floor also looked swept. It's Boba Time (San Dimas) has no available electrical outlets. There's a gender neutral restroom, but it was out-of-order during my visit. Also, the music is inviting and jolly with its Christmas tunes. Overall, I had a horrific experience at It's Boba Time (San Dimas). I left nauseated and annoyed. "Such a waste of money!" I'd internally screamed. At its current state, I do not recommend It's Boba Time (San Dimas). 1 out of 5

I genuinely want to like this café because it's a local small business, and I prefer supporting local businesses whenever I can. Unfortunately, today's experience was disappointing. :/ I ordered a double matcha latte with vanilla, and it cost $10 for what looked like a 13-16 oz cup filled to the brim with ice. It felt like there was very little actual drink, especially for the price. I expected much better value. Another thing I don't understand is why they call out the drink name instead of the customer's name when orders are ready. On a previous visit, someone else grabbed my drink because we had ordered the same thing. Calling customers by name would make much more sense and would help avoid this issue. What really frustrated me today was that they don't put lids on iced drinks before handing them to customers. The lids are difficult to snap on, and when I tried putting mine on myself, I spilled about a quarter of my drink. Two employees saw it happen and didn't offer to help, apologize, or replace the spilled drink. That lack of customer service was disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this place because I like supporting local businesses, but between the expensive drinks, the excessive amount of ice, the confusing pickup system, and the lack of customer service today, I'm not sure I'll be back. I hope they make a few small changes because I think the overall customer experience could be much better.
